I use MyFitnessPal. I know a lot of people here also use it - if anyone else needs another MFP friend, I am eclemens428 over there. There are a lot of DIS ladies on MFP and we all support each other, especially when recording exercise!
Summery wishes for a great day for everyone!
My sister LOVES MyFitnessPal. I have never been able to get into it. I use NOOM and I love it. I have had great success with both though. I think it is just the practice of logging it. You can physically see what you are doing and it makes you feel good versus just doing things and not having any idea at all about where you are or where you want to be.

They aren't around very long but they are wonderful while they are here. I'm a big berry fan, too.
DH and his family are quite particular about their corn being from the midwest. When they say start the water boiling and then pick the corn they aren't kidding.

Isn't it annoying when you find something you were eating wasn't as healthy as you thought?
It is a good reminder to keep reading those labels as they are always "new and improving" things and it may or may not be an improvement for you.

) but also just in general. I am doing an ab challange with a few friends of mine this month, I am on day 3 of no soda (wayyyyyy harder then I thought it would be but I am taking it day by day!) and I am just trying to be more active. I have a few really fun things planned for the summer that also involve being active which will be great. I have started wearing a pedomiter to track my steps to see where I have to go and to track myself getting there! I am excited! I have a low goal of 10 pounds lost this month just to get started this month and I am sure that once I succeed I will give myself a more difficult goals in the future to finally get to my goal weight, which sadly is very, very far away.

!! Second.... I am constantly having to "modify" my meals for SOMEONE in the family. I often make a main dish that we all can eat, but modify/add/subtract a side dish for each of us. For example, I will change a recipe from chicken to lean pork loin so that we all can eat it. Then I might bread the portion for DS with regular crumbs and leave DH's unbreaded .... then top DS's and DH's portions with regular cheese and top my portion with lowfat cheese (which I have measured, of course
I'm here, I'm late, but I'm here. these summer days are flying by.....
