I am confused. I have searched the boards and found two different answers...does SSR have wireless internet....?

I found one person who said they had internet access in the bedroom and living room but living room did not work...they thought wireless would be soemthing SSR should look into..

then I read that SSR does have wireless internet, you just have to bring along your "wireless" thingy...(i am so computer lingo illiterate) sorry. :confused3

Thanks for any clarification that you can give me.

"wireless thingy"...sounds kinky

SSR does not have "Wireless access" only the convention hotels have that (Coronado Springs, Yacht and Beach, Grand Flo, Contemporary, Boardwalk).

It does have "High Speed Access" where you would need an ethernet (sp?) cable from home (or housekeeping can get you one). The cost for High Speed is $9.95 per 24 hour period (24 hours from your first sign on). This would be in lieu of using the regular dial up connection which would be .75 cents (or .35 cents if you are a member) per connection.

I took a wireless router with me on my last trip and it worked great. We had several people in the unit with laptops and we were all able to share the connection.
