Winter Dec 25 - Jan 26 Direct Incentives

Can't wait until your new contract shows up on yours and dvcnews monthly report :)
Thanks.

FYI, I am not affiliated with DVCNews. I have only tracked points on my own at various times.

The true heroes are @tjkraz and @wdrl. They are the true heroes for their work keeping up with everything and keeping everyone informed.

Can someone start that new thread, its going up tomorrow for west coasters most likely 😇

Get prepared for a lot of people complaining…. 😂
I might be one of them! 😜 It's a remote chance of a better deal than the current offerings, but my hope is hanging in there. I'd love to save a buck.

My fear is that they will make a resort so compelling that I will consider flipping my current pending contract to something else... and I don't need that emotional rollercoaster.

Highly doubt incentives are good for next round vs now but I am always more curious to see which sold out resort gets the special treatment. My guess is BLT.
I'd be pretty shocked to see BLT on sale. And, even a $25/point incentive (CCV's this round is up to $24/point) would put BLT at $250/point. Pricing BLT at $275/point tells me they don't have BLT points and/or they don't want to sell them. But, who knows. Didn't see CCV coming this past cycle either.

My bet would be OKW or SSR. I'd say AKV, but we had one so recently, I'd say probably not. There is also the VGC "sale," so maybe that will considered the sold out resort on sale this period.

They did a BLT sale in 2024. Figured it was due to come around again.

Quick question for clarification since it is my guides day off today and tomorrow. Do I need to actually agree and sign on a contract today to lock in pricing for this round of incentives or is reaching out to another guide enough to start my 7 day window to make me eligible for this round incentives if they are better than next round?

You just need to call your current guide and leave a detailed message to lock it in. That has what my guide has told me before.

You need to complete and official "tour" whether in-person or virtual. You will then receive pricing that is good for 7 days. If your guide is off today, I would reach out to MS and see what they can do. I'm sure another guide can conduct the tour.
