**Winkers goes to England~It's so hard to say goodbye**

I'm home!

I had an awesome week! I'm so tired, sore and sunburned! I resemble a very large lobster! I experienced 2 new things........first I was hoisted over a log 8 feet in the air by a group of 15 year olds, only because 2 girls were scared to do it, so me and my big mouth siad I'd do it if they would...............then only minutes later I found myself floating down a freezing cold river on a tube because one of my girls was scared to do it.........that was a theme throughout the week! I always wanted to go river rafting before I died, after my experience on a pretty tame river on a tube and having a near death experience.................that goal has been downgraded and is now checked off my list!

Great update and pic's! Next trip we are going to give photopass a good workout. That is my new goal. Every time we go we say we are going to use them a lot but we end up coming home with very few and last time we had ZERO photopass pics.

Sorry about miss potty mouth behind you guys. I would have been irritated too. Especially for 45 minutes!!!

I don't think we did any photopass pictures last year. The only reason I did so many this time was because I had pre ordered the cd, with Dawn.

Great update and photopass pictures! DH and I are the ones that probably would have said something to the swearing girl.....too many years working with delinquent kids and out of control parents.

Cherie, I can't believe you're out roughing it in a tent!!!! I'll take the girls, but I would take them to the nearest Holiday Inn and we could forage for food at Taco Bell! So not a camping girl, here, who married into a camping family. If was tough, but I won DH over to the glories of vacationing in a hotel!

I love camping! Having a realy good air mattress helps alot!

I would have told that [bleepity bleep bleep bleep] girl to shut her [bleepity bleep bleep bleep] mouth, so my [bleepity bleep bleep bleep] kids didn't pick up her [bleepity bleep bleep] language. So {bleepity bleep bleep bleeping] inconsiderate.



Seriously, though. How rude.

Cherie - Just finished your trip report...so funny! You guys seem like a Family Full of Humor, which is the best kind.

Good luck at Girls Camp! I'm the new YW pres. here and I'm a little overwhelmed, but I LOVE camp and went as a leader, pre-kids.

Keep the updates coming! And great Photopass pictures, by the way.

Welcome back! Sounds like you had a wonderful time. We did a river rafting trip several years ago on the Colorado down by Moab. I would describe it as two days of tranquility with 10 minutes of total terror that I choose not to relive! I can now check it off my imaginary list I still think I'll stick with the boys in my Sunday School Class, nothing to brave and daring required.

Can't wait for more about your trip

This week has been crazy busy! After leaving 4 boys home for a week, the house needs alot of tlc! Now I'm getting ready for the kids and I to go to Utah for 2 weeks....once I'm there I'll have a little more dis time...........Just picture me hiding in the bathroom with the laptop!

My sunburn isn't sore now, but I have tons of bug bites so I've been a little sleepy from all the benedryl I've taken.

For those of you who are squirmy and the first mention of femine hygene products...........run while you can!!


I have an annoying aunt who likes to ruin all my vacations........I purposefully planned my wedding for 1 week after her monthly visit, but she was late and didn't show up till the morning of. She decided to tag along a little early this month....... So we stoped by the gift shop at ASMU on our way back to the room.

I located the shelf where I had bought my benadryl the year before.....just as I was reaching for the tampax , a elderly cm came up and asked if I need help.

Nope..I got this covered.........

He just stood there, right next to me! It was a strage experience. He even asked if I had any questions about the products!

After what felt like an eternity, he left to go creep out another unsuspecting customer.

I grabed what I needed and made a beeline for the cashier. When she told me the total, I couldn't believe it!! $15 bucks for 16 tampons!!!
For a split second I thought maybe I'd found another use for those towel animals............. Seriously, I can buy a 3 month suply for that amount of money.

As I was walking back to my room all I could think was.........these and better have some serious pixie dust in them!!!
