**Winkers goes to England~It's so hard to say goodbye**

HI Winkers.
Last post made me cry.
First from sadness.
Then from anger.
Then for the love that God sent your way in having a happy ending.

Last year Snow White broke down on us.
Lights came on and everything.
We were just sitting there for about 10 min.
Got some great pictures.

I am so glad that your dad wised up to that woman (unlike all the dads in fairy tales).

And I am so happy that your story has a happy ending!

Whenever I see "happy ending" I think of the Pirate Movie and the song they sing at the end! Pure cheesiness!

Lesson *1 in the book of Winkers life...............
My mom died when I was a little over one, leaving myself and 4 yr old sister. Our dad remarried within a year to psycho lady from hades. She was very unstable and jealous of our mom. To the point of burning all the pictures of her and selling all of her things. Thank heavens my Dad wised up and divorced her after a year. In the mean time, she and my dad would have screaming matches at night. I don't know how, but I still remember my dad tucking me in and turning on a disney book on tape. Remember those? So I would fall asleep with the sounds of Cinderella & Snow white and their wicked stepmom's with my own yelling in the background.............Fast forward 30 years and you have a grown woman who still cringes when she sees Snow White.

I don't believe she burned your mother's pictures, what a witch is right. So sorry you had to go throught that. Glad everything turned out and you finally got a stepmother was pure heaven, I know I had a stepfather that was a saint. Thanks for the update. I always go on Snow White't ride because that was the first Disney my mom took me to go see in the movies.

Sorry Cherie! I was so blessed I had parents who loved me and I had a Happy childhood .I realise I am truly blessed as so many did not have that. My mother on the other hand was born out of wedlock in an age where it was almost a crime . She was raised by her aunt from the age of 5 and who was with us till she died when I was 6 ."Auntie" was a spinster who fostered over 17 children over the years !! She was such a character !

Yes Auntie was good to the children but terrorized the local businesses and her doctors ! Many hid when they saw her come!! I remember spending many hours with her as a child and playing games with her and her reading to me !!

when we first dyed bailie's hair 2 weeks ago it was a little too black! Now it's toned down a bit and it does look realy good on her. Her natural hair is a realy dark brown.

I loved the story about your family. It was very touching and sad at the same time. It is always amazing to me how people can treat others??? I am glad that you conquered your fears and went on the ride. Good always beats our evil
