Windsor Hills vs Windsor Palms (less $$)?

This will be our 2nd trip to WDW. We stayed in a townhouse last yr in WH. It was a nice place and we got a great deal since we stayed in a 5 night "gap" the owner needed to fill. We only paid $85 a night including taxes. The same owner wants $99 a night this time round (which he says is his return guest rate) plus 13% tax for a 7 night stay. Besides 1 quote for $90 a night at WH, everyone else wants anywhere from $99-109 a night plus tax. So I decided to check out WP. The highest quote I've gotten is $85 a night (this place also wants to charge a cleaning fee) but most are $79-80 plus taxes. Is it worth the difference to try WP?

I believe WH is newer if that matters to you.

I've stayed at Windsor Palms twice and have loved it. The pool is a lot smaller and has no slides. I think the community is smaller too. The other amenities are the same as WH. Good luck! I'm going to WH this trip, I was quoted $59 a night plus the taxes and cleaning fee. The condo does check out in all aspects...

Just be careful. Some of the deals that look too good to be true usually are. Windsor Hills is a newer community with a few more ammenities, but Windsor Palms, from what I hear, is also a nice alternative.

We stayed in a 3BR condo at WP and were very happy. We didn't use the pool are any amenities though. Just came and went from the condo. We got it through All-Star.

We have stayed at both. WH is a bit newer and the pool has a slide. It is also a couple minutes closer to the parks. Other than that, not a big difference. We liked both.
