Will the Avis at the Hilton in DTD pick you up?

I tried to call on the number that's advertised as their office (which is a 407 number), but I think it transferred me to the main Avis number, so I hung up.

If they do, does anyone know how you arrange for that to happen? If they don't, is the best bet to take a cab, or does the DTD bus drop you off fairly close to the hotel? (It looks close based on the map, but I wasn't sure.)

I don't think they will. However it is directly across the street from DTD and pretty close to the DTD bus stop, it's an easy walk!

It depends on how many people they have working at the time. I've gotten complimentary transport in the past from that office, but I've also had to do the DTD bus at least once.

Thanks for that info, too. Do you know if there's a different number to call to reach the office directly? Would the Hilton have the number?

its only an 8 minute walk from DTD. Done it many a times
