Will SW let me change 1 ticket out of 4 ?

We both 4 tickets together but I'd like to leave a couple days later than the rest of my family. I've made flight changes online on SW before (very easy) but I can't do it in that case. I'd have to change all of our flights. I emailed SW and asked them if they can remove 1 passenger from the reservation and give me credit for that ticket,but I haven't heard from them yet.
Has anyone here been able to do that before?

The reservation can be split so that the one that needs changing or cancelling becomes a separate reservation and then you can change it.
You can usually do it yourself online.

Or call. They can do it over the phone !

I need to do this online, thru email or whatever until my landline phone is fixed - can't afford the 20mn call to the US on my cell

Not sure how fast their customer service email would be, usually I just call.

All you need to ask is for them to split the record and email each to you. You'll now have the orginal reservation number and a new one for the split party. Then you can access them online and change what you want.
