Will I most likely pass Disney's ROFR?

I am waiting for closing on a 25 point contract at OKW at $80 per point. Will Disney most likely let this go past their ROFR? I'm a little nervous about it. I cant wait to be part of the club! Once i'm in the system i'll pbbly pick up another 50 points at SSR through Disney.

you will definety pass i dont think disney is going to mess with a 25 point contract at 80 dollars a point

I agree, Disney won't mess with 25 points. You paid $80, which is over the threshold of ROFR. I bought 270 pts a few months ago at $75, and squeeked thru, so I think you are safe. Welcome Home!!

I've owned at OKW for 14 years-paid about $65-68 a point. If I wanted to sell my 2 contracts 240 & 25--I would have to go thru Dis?

It doesn't matter to the seller who ends up purchasing it. They will still get the price they agreed to sell it for. ROFR is only significant to the purchaser.

You should be ok - mine passed at $80, 50 points OKW earlier this year.
