Disney does not use internes or many... I would lean toward none as I can not recall ever coming across them in the 30+ plus times I have been there.

I believe the term "intern" is used for people in the Disney College Program. There are tons of people in that program. I personally can think of 5 people I know who have been in the program in the past year or are about to start.

I'm not saying they would be driving to get someone's prescription or other items. I'm just replying to the notion that Disney does not use interns.

I have never found the service to be better at Universal but there is nothing to complain about there either. Also be aware they are not Universal Hotels... they are actually Lowes Hotels which is a semi luxury brand... but I will say value wise Lowes Hotels at Universal are a better value than Disney hands down...
