So, since it's been determined WDW resorts will not shop for guests, the OP could:
Has anyone actually called or contacted WDW and determined that they won't do this? While certainly not going to happen for free, I wouldn't be surprised at what they would do for an extra cost. I don't know if WDW resorts have true concierges, but they often make a lot of money off of going above and beyond. So seeing one saying sure, for the cost of the pillows and $100 I will pick them up on my way to work and delivered to your room.

I wouldn't think that.
I wouldn't pay that
Old-school... I like you. This thread wasn't started by Private Benjamin, was it?
I've stayed at Grand Floridian (as well as almost every other deluxe Disney resort). They will not do that.I think we need to know what hotel it is first. All-Star Music, probably a big no. Grand Floridian... not out of the realm of possibility. If OP wants to share their resort and booking, we can probably advise better.
WDW front desk CMs and concierges are not allowed to take money from guests. (And no, their concierges aren't the same type of concierges you get at luxury hotels.)While certainly not going to happen for free, I wouldn't be surprised at what they would do for an extra cost. Calling will get the OP to a call center, never a resort. Even so, I think that CM will also say it can't be done.Has anyone actually called or contacted WDW and determined that they won't do this?
I don't think Disney's is going to do shopping for you.
Another option would be a personal shopper.
Disney actually has runners that do this exact thing. I don't know about Macy's specifically, but we have had runners go to Target to get us a new suitcase.
What's wrong with the pillows that are supplied? Not fluffy enough for you?
