Who can I talk to about the level of mistakes I am getting from the Wilderness Lodge Planning office?
(1) I have them book adrs and end up having reservations made for 6, not 4, now normally this would not be a huge problem, except they are charging my credit card now. I caught that mistake in time, before it hits my card.
(2) I go to add a reservation number to my online Disney acct, and find out the reservation does not exist. When I contact the planning office, they are "not sure" what happened, so they now recharge my card another $255, but I have yet to see the refund from the first $255 charge (this is for Hoop Dee Doo Revue)
(3) I get an email yesterday about an ME reservation for 3, although the Me
was only supposed to be for 1.
Besides not getting my refund when they recharged my card, I am just not getting a comfortable feeling about this whole preplanning. Is this the "new norm"?
