I realize that this is a first come/first serve thing. If you have done it, did you request this before check in? I am going to be staying at FW for 10 days and then moving over to WL for one night. I'd love to be able to try this out!

You cannot request to be Flag Family until you check in. Do it while you are checking in so you don't have to wait on line again.
