I can't comment on the Poly but we did stay at the WL concierge this past August (as well as the Royal Pacific concierge).
The WL concierge area is set up a little strange. The cast members stand (no desks) outside the 7th floor elevator and handle any requests right there. Very friendly staff members willing to do almost anything. There is no concierge room like the Royal Pacific. They have food and drinks set up on tables overlooking the lobby with tables and chairs around the corner (also overlooking the lobby).
Mornings had juice, coffee, milk, pastries and cereal.
Afternoon had juice, soda and some light snacks.
Evenings had an additional item (pasta salad for example) and cheese. Wine was also offered.
Later in the evening they had cordials set up.
We never spent much time there, ate our snacks & left - never very crowded.
To be honest, we like the Royal Pacific setup a little better. They had a large concierge room with sofas, tables and chairs. Two TV's on either end of the room had DVD players with a large DVD selection to which to choose. They staff there would bring you refills on your wine or beer while you were watching a movie.
After a long day at the parks we spent each evening relaxing watching a movie on the sofas (beats sitting in your room).
