So the continuing saga of Miss Emily is that yes, indeed she does have yet another ear infection *sigh* but the good news part of that is that the drugs will fix it pretty quickly maybe even before we fly but likely before we are boarding the ship. She needs some good sea air, some play time in Flounders and a more relaxed mommy, daddy and big sister. Hey - the cruise will cure all of that!

I just picked up the "just in case" prescription that the Dr. called in on Monday. He said not to use it unless John's ears get messed up on the plane because of his congestion. The "just in case" cost $60!!!!!! Oh well...I still hope we don't have to use it.

Heres a question for all of you. Has any one ever seen dolphins swimming or jumping a long side the ship? I had a dream last night that we were watching dolphins jump right along side of the ship.

Yep, Lorna ... Bill and I watched them as we were pulling out of the channel last year. It was SOOOOOOOOOOOO cool!

Since I procrastinate I'm posting instead of packing......

We are a family of four dd is 9 and ds is 7. This is our 5th. Disney cruise and we are bringing dh's dad, brother, 2 sisters and their families....Gotta love family reunions.

All of you cute bananas need to start REALLY dancing to ward of the rain that is forcasted for next week..... : )

I just did a search myself and found a few threads that indicated just this. It doesn't seem like an advance call is necessary - that you'd just do it when you check in -- so I don't plan on doing so. If you do, let me know what you find out.

Called Hyatt and what they told me is that we need to check in at quarter past 8 on Saturday morning to get on the 1st bus out to the port. Our luggage has to be put outside the room and they will get it on the DCL bus. Hope this helps.

We do have a meet planned, I hope you will join us!!!!

saturday 2:45 P.M. in the Promenade lounge family meet
unoffical adult meet on saturday at Signals bar at 1:01 P.M.
My mind went blank but I believe it is ladies only meet at 11:00 or 11:30 at the quiet cove cafe on monday morning. Ladies help me get this one right???

A lot of us will be wearing lime green t-shirts with the wild turkey and banana on it, so dont be shy, walk right up and say hello and introduce yourself.

Lynn I am sure DS will be fine. My kids have had their share of bumps on the head. The first time is always scary.

We leave tomorrow at 7:00. We will have dinner in Down TOwn Disney. Friday we will be at Magic Kingom Have'nt decided if we will park hop yet.

Yes on our 1st cruise we were eating breakfast outside and they were jumping and swimming near the back of the ship. It was amazing because I love dolphins!! You will also see them jumping in a distance sometimes too.

I think that was a least 10 for me!!! Well we went to Babies R Us and got DS already made formula for the plane and some toys. Well I am going to do least minute things. I also have to cook my sweet potatoes with marshallows for my in-laws tomorrow. What is everybodys plans tomorrow.

we saw dolphins once at the port and they followed us out the channel. It was our first cruise so it was extra special.

we now have 12, 241 bananas on this thread!! I saw we have some banana cream pie for thanksgiving to use up a few, we have way too many!


You people are doing good today, but we have to keep at it. Tonight and tomarrow we will be loosing most of you guys!!!

Thanks Kathy for the 411.. My name is Debbie and we live in Destin, Fl.

We are getting up really early tomorrow morning to make it to my parents house in Orlando for Turkey dinner.. although we live in Florida it is still a 6 to seven hour drive..

to disneydeeva (sp.?) from New Orleans.... all of my husbands family is flying in Friday from Baton Rouge.....I'll miss having red beans and rice with our turkey while in the big O for Thanksgiving. Something tells me I'll live since I get to indulge in fabulous soups, risottos, souffles and mickey bars for the next week.
