Maybe they can build yacht club villas near blt?
I would buy more points if they added more capacity in the BC/YC/BW area.

Most of our points are at BCV, and my vote on expanding would be a big NO...we love it there, and have never had any problems getting reservations. We love the location and the current size...

It's SAB that drives BCV mania. Location, to a lesser extent, because BWV shares essentially the same location but doesn't experience the resales boost that BCV does. For pool people, BCV is as good as it gets at WDW.

Yes, my family loves SAB and I do too! I was hoping BLT would have some sort of great pool because we do love that location, but it didn't and we're not buying.
It's a nice pool, for sure, but it's not anything like a "real" water park.your hotel has it's own water park right in it's backyard?
So is it pretty much impossible to buy BCV via a resale?

The kicker is, that SAB is not part of the BCV pos. We only purchased the villas and the leisure pool/BBQ area. Everything else is subject to negotiation

No. Presumably, the BCV inventory pays its fair share of operating and maintaining the pool at BC/YC. But, if at some point BCV were no longer "part of" BC/YC for pool purposes, then these payments would also end.If that is the case does this mean our maintenance fees don't go towards SAB pool at all ?
