This weekend I stitched 11 appliques for a princess outfit. I should have a picture of it tonight. I am also finishing up a Big Give.

I was at a dance competition all day yesterday so nothing got done. All of Cs dances were 1st place so that was exciting.

I am exhausted today though and still have a lot to do.

Okay here is the outfit with 11 appliques 10 on the skirt and one on the shirt. I actually undercharged on this so I am aggravated with myself for how long it took.

I only have about 5 orders left but they are a lot simpler to get done

I am then going to try a few new patterns and RTS items.

I am sad today. I feel selfish. I know there are people with things a lot harder than my life and my heart genuinely goes out to them but I don't like people comparing their life to mine. Mine is not easy.

I don't think people realize how hard it is having a child with Autism who is non verbal. It is a daily struggle. I think that is why I try to stay so busy so I don't have to dwell on it too much.

My heart is so heavy with so many little children suffering I don't think it is fair.

Okay time for happy thoughts. Going to schedule our transfers for our Disney day in july.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I don't know what you charged for it, but you're right, you should have gotten at least double. It's amazing.

It's okay to feel sad and overwhelmed. Probably good that you recognize the feelings and even occasionally think about them, instead of pretending they're not there. (Like Lucy, my "advice" is worth about 5¢.) I think the world would be easier to take if we could understand the 'why' of suffering. Like you, I have so many more questions than answers.

Love the Epcot outfit. LOVE the princess outfit but sad to hear you undercharged for it. You should be charging a premium for that incredible outfit!!! Next time charge more!!!

Selfish??? I don't know you real well but I simply can't imagine anyone who knows you even just a little could ever call you selfish. I honestly can't imagine how difficult it must be to have a non verbal child.

I want to thank everyone for the kind words. Generally things do not bother me too much but I get days where things are really rough for me.

I worry about how hard simple things for J are but I am also very blessed because it could be worse for him. I just need to concentrate on the positive.

I am off to work and will be checking in on my phone later.

Sorry you had a rough day. My ds really struggles with reading and writing and it makes me cry that things don't come easy for him. I don't think I can even envision how hard it must be to be in your shoes. You're a normal mom -- you want what is best for your kids. Please know you do a beyond awesome job. As hard as it is, you are doing all the right things and I see the time and care you give to both your children.

Andrea thank you for your sweet sweet words. I really don't share much with how hard it is really for J.

My heart bleeds with how the simplest thing like eating with a spoon is seriously hard for him.

I am going to give a little mommy brag here. J has come home from school in the same clothes I have sent him in the morning all week. We are potty training and he is up to 50 minutes at school between potty breaks.

this weekend I am going to try and get him to go here more too.

I just wanted to say that I can only imagine how frustrated and down you might get when you think about the struggles that J has to face. You do a great job of staying positive so being sad every now and then is more then acceptable. You always do the best for J & C, just don't forget to take care of yourself.

Gosh you all made me misty this morning. I really do try to take a positive outlook on it.

One of my feelings is we tried so long to have a second baby that I always consider J my miracle baby.

I do know what doesn't kill you makes you stronger but at times I wonder why God thinks I am this strong.

I have also found it necessary to take joy in the small things that most people take forgranted like J giving kisses or a hug or playing with a toy appropriately.

Yesterday he walked up to Daisy and pet her that made my day. It is all about the small things
