Why don't I ever get pin codes in the mail?!

I keep reading about people getting pin codes. Why have I never gotten one? Could it be because I booked my last two trips through a TA?? We also had APs for those two trips. I know they have my address because they always sent me my Mickey Monitor. Do I need to have booked a package in the past? Do I have to book a trip myself with my address first before I get a code? I want one!!

I don't get them either. I am glad I get emails from Chase for my Disney Rewards Visa. That is where I get my discounts.

Don't feel bad, I've never gotten one either ... I've booked our packages right through WDW's CRO, so I don't think it matters how or whom we book our vacations through ... I just wish I knew the trick to getting one though ... maybe one day ...

I called CRO every two weeks or so this summer, asking if there was a code attached to my name, until finally, there was! I was told it was better than general public roo- only discounts that were available for the same time period, and I think that was right. It was even applicable to ASMu suites. We couldn't use the code, but I finally got one!

BTW, it never came in the mail; I had to call and ask for it.

Yes. Call and ask if you have a PIN code attached to your name. I never get anything in the mail or over email. I called yesterday to upgrade us from Value to Mod on a room only ressie, and I had a pin attached. (Unfortunately it was for a package only). Still, it was nice to know it was there!
