The way that the primary account holder was explained to us by our DVC Guide was that person would have final say in the event there was a dispute involving the use of the DVC membership. In case of divorce the Primary Account holder would retain majority ownership. If I remember correctly.
I believe it is just the first person listed on the paperwork. There is no "primary" owner of a DVC contract and no majority of ownership. All owners are equal.

Jerry was a sweetheart about all of that.
. They took me up on that and I did stay on hold about 10 minutes and when the lady came back, she apologized for the wait and the mistake and said future mailings should be in my name but the next 2 or 3 might be in his since various stuff was already printed out.
and is the only large purchase I chose and got exactly what I wanted.
