I am having such a hard time picking what photos I want. And I only have till Feb. 4 to do it before they delete them. I really don't understand why a 5x7 has to cost $12.95! If they would let me get 4x6 photos at a decent price I would get them all. But as it is I just can't afford to do that! I am really frustrated. I know they have the coupon codes so that does help a little but geez I have 8 pics chosen and it is $80! But of course I have no family ones except the photopass ones. Next time I think I will ask them to use my camera and take some! But I know it won't be for a few years before we go back. <sigh> how frustrating.

Seems like someone said that somewhere in Epcot you can buy all your photos for 99.00 on CD? Not sure if it included photopass only or if it included the ride photo's....etc? I think I'm going to save up an extra 100.00 just in case :) as I get tired of paying for them all individually and we usually want all of them :)

The $99 CD can be bought at Epcot or Grand Floridian. It includes all the photopass pictures, not the ride pictures.

That's still a great deal really, considering how many photopass pics you get over a weeks worth of visits :) Wished they'd offer the ride pics on something like that too....:)

Ride picks are contracted out to another company but when it expires I'm sure they will intergrate it .

I know it is not much but I just got some and they had a 20% and 25% coupon off of certain amounts of orders....

If we'd gone to Epcot I would have gotten that cd. Definitely is worth it.We only had pics taken with characters. But my kids are 6, 4 & 2 so this was something they really enjoyed. I had 40 pics taken and am only going to be able to get a couple. OF course some were very much like others and I do have pics I took. I am just waiting to pick up the film since my digital is broken.
I looked at the movie thing but we only went to MK 2 days and it said up to 16 pics for that, so wouldn't be worth it to me.

I can so relate. It broke my heart to only order the pictures that I REALLY wanted. :sad2: It was so expensive, even with the coupon. The CD is good to know about, next time that's what we will do becuase I paid $89.00 with the coupon for a handful of photo's.

You can also get the CD at County Bounty in Mickey's ToonTown at the MK.

:scratchin For the CD, you'd have to wait til your last day in the parks and then make sure you remember to go to (and can find) the places to buy them? Then once you have the CD, can you make your own prints at home?

Where do you get the coupons?

When you go into the Photopass site, there are two codes for January one to get 20% off for order of $60 ad anoher to get 25% off for a larger order..

Disney World photos have always been pretty expensive, its just now you can buy them in the comfort of your own home, rather then before you leave the parks which I think is GREAT! Then sometimes, they do offer discounts.

IMHO, the CD is only a good deal if you have ALOT of photos taken because besides the $99 you pay them to own them all, you then have to pay to print them out as well.

The CD is also great for those who are a large group of people who can split the cost of the CD.

How does the CD work again? You have to buy it right at the end of the trip to make sure all the pictures are on there right? It's not possible to buy it after the trip, is it?

What I was told at MK the cd you could get at the County Bounty was only pics from the greetings there. OF course we were on our way out or else I would have gone back and checked into that. But the kids were done and exhausted. I wish I had gone back though. I guess I thought they would have better deals online and maybe you could get smaller sizes for less. I know why would I think that with the prices they charge! Next time I will though!

I hadn't seen that DVD movie. That is SOOO cool. I can't wait to show that to DH. I love that you can use the photopass and your own! :goodvibes

It is preferable to wait until the last day to get it, that way you can get all the pictures on there. During a 7 day trip, we took over 75 pictures using Photopass so buying the CD for $99 was a good deal for us. With the CD you get authorization to print them. We took them to Target the same day we got back and for all 75 we paid about $50 so our total was $150 but we got all 75 pictures. I'm sure we could have taken more pictures wiht Photopass but we didn't really take advantage of it on our first day. The photographer told us that you can oly get it at Epcot (the photo store by Spaceship Earth) or at the Grand Floridian so the day we were leaving (Since we had a late flight) we got some more pictures taken at MK and Epcot and bought the CD before leaving.

We had our PhotoPass pics burned on a CD at the County Bounty on Thursday (we just got home last night... I'm missing the World!). None of them were from greetings there. The CM was so helpful; some of our pics were missing and he took a lot of time to look for them. Never did find them, unfortunately.
