WHy do Photopass pics have to be so expensive!

can you get all your photos from the four parks on one CD or do have to get a different cd for eack park

So how is it that people are getting 75 or so photos taken? Are these camera people everywhere? Or do they just do multiple poses when you find them?

They are scattered all over the parks and they each take several poses to make sure they get a good one. They are at the entrances and usually with characters as well.

My family of 4, staying a week, only had 50 this past trip and many were complete duplicates/several of the same pose.

entire trip on one cd for 99.? Or does it depend on which CM you get creating your cd? I'm wondering if this is like the chaos that ensued when the dining PS policies changed, and you could make 10 day's worth of ressies with one phone call, 90 days before your stay. This was loosely interpreted by different CMs. I would hate to get the CM that thinks you can only put that day's pictures on the disk!

Also, wouldn't it be easy for the CM to find your pictures, since you would have them all attached to your Photopass card? I hope I remember to do this when we go in Sept!

Our friends just got back from WDW last week and they had the CD. They had all of their pictures on one CD, I would say it was probably 100-120 pictures. From what they said it was all of their pictures off of their photo pass, I don't know if she had them all on one card. That might make a difference, they may charge you for each seperate card you have????

No, they will combine all your PHotopass cards onto one CD.

The first time you get your picture taken by a photographer, he'll give you one. Then you can use the same one at every photo place. If you happen to forget it in your room, then they'll give you another one. Then when you view them online, you just use both cards to see them all.

We just got back on Saturday. We got the cd from our photo pass, we only had about 90 pics but the cm who downloaded ours told me it could hold 430 pics. I think you could get multiple passes loaded on one disc as long as you don't got over 430. We got ours at MK in the store across from Barnstormer roller coaster. He let me look at every pictures and he put character autographs on some, or a small label of which park the picture was taken. It was really cool. It took awhile and the price was $99.00. Last year, I bought pics from website and spent more than 99.00 so to me it was worth it. You also get a paper showing you own the copywrite and can do anything you want with the pictures. You get your photo pass back and can still look at pictures over internet and email them if you want.

It makes me so sad that the woman told me the wrong thing. I have to order my pics before Sun. and I am having a tough time. A lot of them were duplicates but some were my kids doing different things. I will plan for our next trip that I am getting that darn cd! We only had 40 pics on ours from 2 days. But still would have been worth it when I will be $80 for 8 photos. Oh well, live and learn!

We got ours at MK in the store across from Barnstormer roller coaster.

Until recently they were only available at the Grand Floridian and Epcot. So they must have recently added the location at MK? That's good news. I couldn't understand why they weren't available at all the parks.

I want to make sure.
I love buying those pictures of us coming down splash Mt and tot ect.
I still have to buy these right as we get off the ride right?

No, the ride pictures are not part of Photopass. You would still buy them right as you come off the ride.

I heard on the WDW podcast that they are planning on ading ride photos also in near future. So just so I'm sure, CD purchase locations at EPCOT by SE, MK across from Barnstormer and Grand Floridian (Don't know where)?

Hi.. I have noticed a lot of people say it takes about an hour to add the character signatures etc.... how many people can do this at one time?? If it takes each person an hour.. how long is the wait time??? Just curious.. and can you do this from home... add character signatures etc.. and buy the cd?
