Why did MDE let me book FP well before 60 days?

I check in May 25. I saw this thread 2 days ago and when I got on that day, I was able to do 5/25, 5/26 and 5/27. I logged on yesterday and could to 5/28 and today I was able to get 5/29. I will keep trying everyday in hope to add the next day in my trip. We all have ap’s. All dates within 30 days are blue then I looked at the beginning of my trip and the blue days started over. Thanks for posting.

I check in that same day and no such luck for me. I keep trying on Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and MDE apps... and nothing works. I guess I will just have to keep trying and hope I get in a few days early!!

I also tried for the heck of it and got May 27 on the first try. My check in day is not until next week, I'm about 7 days out. The other days I have Club Level FP, this is the only day without them.

I used Safari incognito with AdBlock on it, maybe adding more junk to the browser helps you get through? I checked my website data and I did have disney.com in the cache but no cookies.

I have an AP but the rest of my party has tickets from UT.

Only one person has reported this happening and then they never returned to answer questions or to verify. And, they said they were cancelled or "disappeared" before the 60 day mark. But once you have them, and you're within 60 days, they're as safe as any other FPs.

I was able to use either one, but mostly used the app because I did it in bed as soon as I woke up each morning. Then, later on I would use the website on my computer to check on things and make adjustments as needed.

My nephew was able to book early and hs is now at his 60 day window and they are still there

I my 60 day was Thursday. I started making my FP at 74 days with the app. They are still there.

I think (it’s a long thread and I’m in trip ending mode, so my brain is fried...) that person actually did pop back in and say yes, their FPs were cancelled but they rebooked, still outside of 60 days, and those ones stayed? So far it seems pretty safe.

No luck yet for me. I’ve used the app and browser. I’ve never wanted a glitch to work so badly! I will continue to try a bit each day. We have a resort stay booked at CBR and UT tickets linked. I don’t even get to a calendar. It just keeps saying we don’t have tickets. Fingers crossed!

Well I can eat my words now... after making my post last night, I started playing around with the app and was able to make my Fastpass selections for May 25-28. I still need to add one for our Epcot day, but it is a Tier 2 selection, so I am not too concerned about it. Likes others have said, it is a lot of signing in and out, refreshing, etc, but it wasn't too bad. I have also gone back into my account and adjusted those selections. Again, you may get kicked out of that, but just keep trying and it will work.

Those of you that go in May and April will need to post whether it worked or not. I know the passes are still showing, but it would make me nervous they wouldn't work when tapping in! I go in the summer.

I am 66 days out but have been able to make my first 7 days of FP's through the glitch. Now I am getting the message that I can't make anymore; I have the max I can get.

So the question is when my 60 day window opens will I be able to get the rest?

We have a 12 day stay on property and are AP holders.

I was right at the 70 day mark. Once the 60 day comes, I will check to make sure they are still there but it seems like only one person on here has lost them. So I am relieved that it is done at this point!

Thanks to all of you wonderful DISers on this thread, I decided to log on to the MDE app to see if I could book some FPs and I was able to book for May 30th which is our first HS day. However, no other dates allowed me to make FPs, I am hoping that everything will stay/legit because we were able to get the coveted SDD first thing in the morning (this will be our first time riding it). I am going to log on each morning to see if I can book my other FPs for our trip. Thank you everyone!!!

Have you tried all the different options such as the app and through the actual website as well as different browsers, incognito windows, etc.?

I've tried safari incognito and then regular. I don't have a windows computer. I have tried mobile and I've tried the app. I guess I could try chrome and Firefox.

It honestly took me over an hour every day to make my 3 FP. I had just as much trouble modifying the times until I reached 60 days. It felt like making FP was all I did after work. I never did get the website to work only the app. Maybe just keep trying.
