So after ringing disney being on hold and waiting I finally got my US reservation number to access the disney US website in full and it says

Sorry, we are not able to display your reservation at this time. Please try again later.

WHY?

I have tried for about 2 months to access my hotel reservation, since I got my US reservation number from the dining line. Won't let me in.

Where are you typing it in and what phone number are you using? The 'Resort Reservation' section won't show my reservation either. Try going here (0r any other restaurant):
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/parks/magic-kingdom/dining/the-crystal-palace/reservations/
Then click 'Retrieve a Reservation' and type in the 12 digit US number and your full 11 digit UK phone number. That's the only way I could retrieve mine

I've got 2 different hotel bookings with Disney and 2 different US reservations numbers and I can't get into either of them, never have been able to - ever

I got mine over the weekend too. I've logged onto the dining site and tried it there and it does recognise it - I put my phone number in without the 0 (ie 10 digits) and it worked

I was a bit worried when I first called as no-one seemed to really know what I was talking about, but thankfully I got there in the end!

It seems that it works for dining but nothing else for UK bookings, as in it'll associate the ressie online so you can do 90+10 but it won't allow you to view the reservation in the resort section if that makes sense.
