Who's My Guide???

Is there any way to tell who your assigned guide is other than calling MS? The member website, perhaps? We purchased 2 contracts from 2 different sellers resale and nothing we have from the contracts or DVC identifies a guide.

Is the only time I would need a guide is if I decided to add on through DVC? Thanks!

I did not buy resale so I am curious, do resale contracts get assigned a guide? I thought one was assigned only when you dealt directly with Disney.

You will be assigned a Guide when you purchase resale, unless of course you have purchased through DVC direct prior to that in which case your original Guide remains intact.

The Guide will be there if you decide to purchase again through Disney. They are sales staff consultants.

Your new Guide didn't contact you? When we bought resale our Guide called and introduced herself. The next time we went to WDW she had $200 in gift cards, dream fast passes, and a huge fruit basket waiting for us.
