Who's Gonna Have More Fun? Two PTR's for the Price of One!

You have the makings of some really cute outfits there Jo. I like that first dress.

I could never wear any type of heel in the parks while walking about all day :scared1: not to mention I am so fearfull of someone stepping on my toes or worse yet running me over with a stroller :scared1:
I go for comfort my trusty sneaks or crocks but then that is what happens when you get old like me.

Shelly is not worried about falling and breaking her 'em backside since with her being only 5 feet tall she doesn't have far to fall :lmao:
Sorry had to...I use to have a freind who was only 4'11 and I use to pick on her to no end
I can hear Jo now telling her DH that it is all Shelly's fault she spent all that money shopping :rotfl:

Hey now!!

J/K -- I know I am height-challenged!! Maybe that's why I can walk in those shoes, I am closer to the ground and can keep my balance better. :rotfl:

Yes, I can see it already -- when Jo pulls out a new outfit (in about a month) and her DH says -- is that new??? She panics and yells -- Shelly made me do it!!!!!!!!!! :lmao:

It is funny, I am only 5'4" but I seem tall compared to shorter people, my mother was only 5'1" and use to wear heels all the time too

5'4" would be about perfect I think! :lovestruc It's not like I want to be 6' tall or anything, I just want to be taller than 5' ! :rotfl: I guess we always want what we can't have!! :upsidedow

Love the new ticker Sheila!! :thumbsup2 How many more do you suppose you'll have before October??? :lmao:

10 WEEKS until Disney!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't plan on anymore tickers but ya just never know :rotfl: Now if Mickey would move, I do hate starting a ticker over. You know I did not change anything for 3 months that was a record for me:lmao:

Wow 10 Weeks sounds so close and I guess it is............Congrates!!!:banana:

Just have to say that I am 5'2"....my granny was 5' so,I am taller than her, but everyone else in my family is pretty tall...my mom is 5'4"(average)...but all my girl cousins are 5'8"or more, guys are all over 6...my bro is 6'4"!!!! So, I am the runt, but it's never bothered me. It would be interesting to see the world from a little taller, but oh well!!
Now...a little thinner,...I would take!! But, tall isn't that big of a deal!:rotfl2:

I'm messing with my ADR's right now....... Has anyone ever been to Wolfgang Puck Cafe? We've been to the Express CS, but never the Cafe...

I think the one we went to must have been the same one you went to...is it the one with outside seating at DTD? If so, I will not be any help to you!! LOL!

Shelly, love the shoes!!! You are really stylish. :)

Jo, those clothes are really pretty. The dark purple beaded tank is my absolute favorite!

My girlfriend just got back last week and she ate at the Wolfgang puck cafe (it's on the west side, right?). They really liked it. I don't know what they had so I can't help with the menu or anything.

Shoes!!! When you said heels, I didn't know that you meant those nice thicker kind. I'm glad you're not trying to walk around in stillettos!

I have some Teva flip flops - one pair is the mush - which are only about an inch thick, but the other pair is something called Mandalyn or something like that with criss cross straps. They have a good two inches and are really comfy. My straps are blue with a pattern on them. Not super dressy, but a heel no less. I wore my Tevas almost the whole trip last summer. I had a pair of Teva sandals that were enclosed toe and flatter, but it was too hot on my feet. I might have worn sneakers for a half a day, usually in the evening when my feet were tired.

Cute tops Jo!! I agree with Kelli - that purple one is gorgeous! I'm not sure if I should wish you good luck on your shopping trip or not. Do you really need more enabling?

HAPPY 10 WEEKS!!

Just went back & read the shoe posts...I have to say, when at Disney, fashion is out the window!! I have worn Crocs several times, last year I switched between crocs and reefs...some days I like my Nikes, but not if it's burning up hot....this year I will also add my Sanuk flip flops to the list! I really don't care what it looks like,...I have a super high arch and if my feet are in flat sandals,or flip flops they KIIIIIILLLL me!!! so, I am def a comfortable girl!! LOL

Okay I am back. And let me just say I didn't buy one thing. I am sure it's b/c y'all put the bad whoo doo on me.
sigh. So much for cute shoes and clothes. I'm sure Mark thanks all of you. He just doesn't know that he should:lmao:

Cute clothes Jo! I love the pink top. And the skirt. And all of it!

Yeah, I usually don't get too far in those white ones. I like them but they are a killer on the feet. I wore them to school one day and I thought I was going to die!!

I'll probably mostly wear the brown comfy flip flops from Totes & Sunglass.

Yes, it's my fault you are going shopping. Was it my fault you went yesterday and the day before too???

Well good luck to you and remember to buy a belt, it's the only way to keep these new styled/no waisted shorts up!!
Thanks Shelly!!:goodvibes I haven't worn that pink top at all..... I don't know if I like it or not yet. :confused3
Yes It's your fault I've shopped all week. It was your idea to do the shopping posts, Ms Proper Planning!:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: Look what you've made me do!! How can I be a Proper Procrastinator with you as a friend????:confused3

:rotfl2:

Thanks Sheila!! I like that dress too- it can double as a skirt. But I haven't worn it at all yet.

:lmao:
If Shelly trips this time and falls down on her trip we are all gonna be in trouble.
And I'm almost 5'7'' and I wanted to be 5'9 sooooooo bad growing up.

Of course I'm gonna blame you. So get ready to hear about it.:rotfl2: I have the feeling that you used my name a time or two when CL was being thrown about.:rolleyes1:rotfl2:

I'm messing with my ADR's right now....... Has anyone ever been to Wolfgang Puck Cafe? We've been to the Express CS, but never the Cafe...

I've been-- twice.

Once I had the strawberry salad and something else-- crabcakes maybe? I know you wouldn't like that but it was good.

The second time was Oct 2008 and I was sick and got that butternut squash soup and it was sweet. We went with Mark's Gparents. Remember that story??? It was right before Officer Save the Day tried to get me to move the car in the no parking zone and I told him I couldn't b/c I wasn't authorized to drive it? THAT day. Anyway- we like it and would return. Nothing that day was gonna make me happy.

What looks good on the menu to you? Awwwwww, we can't talk dining yet!!!:headache:

Shelly, love the shoes!!! You are really stylish. :)

Jo, those clothes are really pretty. The dark purple beaded tank is my absolute favorite!

Thank you! I still haven't found the right bottoms to go with that top.:confused3 I got it on sale for $12 at Dillards.

Thanks! Yeah I'm not sure I need any more enabling.:lmao:

I want to try Teva's out for the trip. Do they run true to size?

My Tevas do run pretty true to size. I found mine at Famous Footwear but there is more selection online. My mush one got sort of stretched out in the straps from all the times my kids stepped on the back of my shoe!

I'm not sure if I should say I'm sorry you didn't find anything today. ;)
Although I hate it when I go and can't find anything I'm looking for!

Okay I am back. And let me just say I didn't buy one thing. I am sure it's b/c y'all put the bad whoo doo on me.
sigh. So much for cute shoes and clothes. I'm sure Mark thanks all of you. He just doesn't know that he should:lmao:

Don't you just hate when you go out specifically to shop and spend money and can not find anything to buy? I know I do, that is why when I see something I grab it even if I had no intentions of buying anything that day. I always use that excuse too that if I wait it won't be there and DH gives a the "yeah yeah yeah" :rotfl:

I surely hope Shelly does not trip and blame you Jo, she can blame me if someone steps on or rolls over her toes.
