No, I had a friend die last year from skin cancer. No, it isn't all easily curable. I've already had some pre-cancerous spots. I think they should be banned. JMHO!

Anyone with my red hair and moles would be crazy to go to a tanning bed. High SPF sunscreen for me. Plus as we near 50 (yikes), I look younger than my same-age cousin who DOES go to tanning beds.

The only tan I get anymore (I'm 50) is a light tan that I finally get after using lots of sunscreen. It is nice to have a little color in the summer months!

I have a friend I work with who is 7 years younger than me who religiously uses a tanning bed all winter. No Joke.....she looks like she's older than 60!! She has very deep wrinkles but they ARE tanned wrinkles!!
