DH and I are going without the kids for our 18th Wedding Anniversary

October 10 - 13

Staying at WL . . . .MNSSHP on October 11th!

Yeah I saw that. Are they right? I hope so b/c it falls right in line with our schedule(no EMH parks on EMH days). If it's correct, I wonder why Disney dosen't have it up.

It looks like it's about right from other EMH's I've seen. I have one day that would be an EMH at night and that's for MK on the 26th. But with us doing MNSSHP on the 23rd I'm thinking we won't have a late day at MK... or too late....

Oh no...I've had a look at the hours, and what with us going to Universal and Sea World, we have 3 chances to see Spectomagic on Oct. 1, 8 and 10th. On the first we planned on MGM with a ADR at 50's Prime time at 5:30 pm. We missed Specto last year (!!! ) so we really want to see it and the sooner the better...sounds like a wonderful parade!

On Oct. 8th we will be at MGM again, with a ADR at Chef Mickeys for dinner at 8pm...

Last chance seemingly would be Oct 10th, and this day everything falls into place because we are at the MK all day with lunch scheduled for the Castle . Should we chance it and just go with our plans as they are? I picked our parks due to the UOG recommendations and I feel confident that they are good picks, but maybe I should try to change our dining around and get Spectro done earlier? Looking forward to trying 50's Prime Time and Chef Mickeys for dinner as well, and we are on the dining plan so we would have to get our money's worth and rebook the table service resturants somewhere.

This is our 2nd trip and we missed out on so much last time, including Spectro, but I don't know if I have the strength to shuffle things around anymore!

I was just sitting here dreaming about our upcoming trip... when it dawned on me that this will be our first MNSSHP and I don't even know what goes on!! Are all of the rides open or just certain ones? Also, I've read that they do face painting for free those nights. Any info from the experts out there? Thanks!

We are now staying at FQ and added another day on- Oct 20-24th!

I am so excited that the time is flying by for us!

I'm going to Home Depot to get the lime green Mickey head sample and put a magnet on the back to hang on our hotel room door!

I went to Home Depot and got 4 lime green mickey paint colors and cut them out, stuck them back to back, wrote in black marker DIS Board Member and then laminated them and I'll have them hanging off my back pack.
