Hi Beattyfamily - just wanted to tell you I perused your family photos - adorable!! I almost chastized you for not including yourself!! I finally found ONE!! You must do better!!

Can only imagine about your poodles, love poodles, wish I could have one!!

Thanks for checking them out! I do have more then one, don't I?? I know in the Disney photos there aren't many except in a family photo here and there but I believe elsewhere on the website I have a wedding photo, my glamour shot, a honeymoon shot. You just need to look around some more!

OK you caught me, I was only able to get to view one as a slide show, the ancestor page needed a password, and then I was taken to this page...

anyway, after your post, I went back to see if I could get "in" any others... and I did!!

My 11 dd and sister in law are going to be going Oct 14-23, MNSSHP on the 20th. Can't wait!! Hope all the hurricanes will hold off while we're there!!
Staying off site and doing Universal, Discovery Cove, Seaworld too. Happy day!!

I just got a phone call my ds 19 is a camp counselor 6 hours north in Antigo WI, he is now in the ER (they needed insurance info to do a ct scan) DS thinks its a kidney stone (he had one removed in April - he's 19!!) not good in any way!! I just hope its simple, and ds will be ok!!

I've made reservations for Oct 8-15 at WL with AAA discount - might have to go elsewhere if codes never materialize - or might buy an annual pass to get a discount - first time at MNSSHP - also, it's the week after DH's 40th and the week of DD3's 3-year birthday -her b-day is on the last day, so she will still be free! DD1 will be 8 and DD2 will be 5 - so they'll all be at great ages.

How do you get the AAA discount? I have had a membership with AAA for a year and I didn't know about a discount. Do you call and give them your #?

You can call and give them your AAA number but there are only so many AAA room discounts available so you may not get it.

We got the AAA discount and the dining plan but we had to go through a AAA travel agent to do it.

Sending prayers and PD for you and son! When I read your post I cringed!! I had kidney stones last fall...3 of them and it was awful! I'd rather endure the 23 hours of labor I had with my son! I ended up having mine remove...and am sure hoping they don't come back! My parents both had them and sometimes it's just "in the genes".

Update!!!!

DS just called, all is well, apparently he needs to add more fiber in his diet - his colon is blocked, and putting pressure on his kidney causing the pain!! (he of course doesnt want to get into it $175 to find out ds needs to well EAT BETTER!!!


gotta love them!! You should've heard me 'splain it to dd8!!

I'm sorry my first thought was more surgery, since I thought he knew what kidney stones felt like - it was a 3 week ordeal for him before he got the surgery - it was too large to pass! (6mm ) So my poor mind thought kidney disease, etc... but no, the teenager just needs to add fiber in his diet!! (ok that is a relief!! )

MNSSHP = Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party... Magic Kingdom (MK) closes at 6pm on the dates of the Halloween party (see first page of this thread for the dates) then if you have purchased a Halloween ticket, you can enter MK with this ticket around 4, get a wristband, and at 7pm the MK is ready for a "not so scary" party!! Lots of other websites have pictures! Oct 7-9 is the American holiday for Columbus Day, schools get out, so it will be a bit more crowded, but not like summer crowds (so I'm told)
