Who's Going in October 2005??!!*MNSSHP dates & info*

We're going Oct 6-9, staying at the Poly, before going on the Disney Wonder from Oct 9-13. Myself, DH, DS4 and my Mom. Looking forward to DS4's reaction to Mickey and the gang, seeing what we can of MK and Epcot, and letting DS spend some quality time with his Grammy.

I don't know why my reply did not show up but shortly after I wrote in about thinking there was a MNSSHP on 10/4 I realized that there was none. I too think that when they first talked of days they were going to have one on 10/4 but ended up not doing it. I will be calling for tickets to MNSSHP on Friday for the 10/6 date.

Anyone know what the least busy parks are supposed to be for 10/1 to 10/9?

Thanks,
Angela :goodvibes  :wave2:

Hi Angela! :wave2:
October 1st is supposed to be the least busy of the days. According to the UG.

October 8-15 at Saratoga Springs. Can't wait to spend some time with my grandsons, at the most magical place on earth.

Here is our planned schedule with dining as we have made all PSs now. Any opinions? We will be staying at AKL 9/23-9/27 and CR 9/27-10/1

23rd arrive, Boma dinner
24th AK morning, MK evening if fireworks/ spectro, CP dinner
25th off day explore AKL, no ressies, maybe DTD?
26th MGM, sci-fi lunch
27th switch hotels CRT lunch (only day available) maybe see illuminations?
28th MK no ressies, eat counter service
29th epcot, eat around the world skip illuminations if seen on 27th
30th MNSSHP, LTT dinner morning off
1st Chef Mickey's breakfast

We have an extra day admission for 27th, because it only cost $3 more for everyone else and I have AP. DD is 6 and we want to spend a lot of time at MK this time around. I thought splitting some of the parks by seeing evening show/fireworks on different days would be better, because we will hit some parks pretty early. What do you think???

Oct 1st - arrive, dinner at WCC, play around resort and/or DTD
Oct 2nd - Animal Kingdom Day with dinner at Boma and CRUISE!!
Oct 3rd - Epoct Future World, lunch at Garden Grill
Oct 4th - Chef Mickeys bfast, Magic Kingdom
Oct 5th - MGM, Sci-Fi lunch
Oct 6th - MNSSHP and LTT dinner

I saw your thread on tiaras - dont know if they still sell them, but I'd guess YES :Pinkbounc I bought DD a Princess Aurora pink one (wish I knew how to resize pics I'll post if I figure it out!!) it is all beads, I would think on a wire, woven, real pretty a medallion of Aurora in the center - when dd was tired of wearing it - I WORE IT!! proudly I might add!! Stitch even grabbed it and wore it for our pic with them!! princess:

Another anxious October visitor here :flower:
Just trying to confirm that the Party of the Senses and Lunch and Learn series will be available for purchase on July 26th - is that right? Where is this listed? I cannot find it on the DisneyWorld website. Please help - thanks :earsboy: I would be very upset if I miss the chance to book these extras for the F&W Fest.

As far as we know, July 25 is the only info that's been posted... now a few knowledgable dis'ers mentioned in previous years the party for the senses has been held on Saturday, no guarentees for this year however...

only thing for sure is the July 25th date, and that's subject to change!!

I spent hours and finally posted a pic!! :Pinkbounc

I am so excited. After being on hold for 45 minutes yesterday and not finding the castle breakfast full my call went through right away this morning with no prompts to press answers for and I got first seating on 10/3 at 8:05 for the Cinderella castle breakfast and with the free dining plan how awsome. :Pinkbounc I really did not think I would be this excited but I really did not expect to be able to get through for a castle breakfast at all. Now reality has set in. Believe it or not this is for my 9 year old son who's birthday we are celebrating there. He is in love with Snow White and would be in heaven if she kisses his cheek. I hope everyone who tries gets the seating they want for the Castle breakfast.

Woo Hoo ... way to go Angela. I'm finding it interesting to hear about everyone's ADR success and unfortunately sometimes not such great success. How interesting that you got through w/out having to enter anything for prompts. After getting through on my cell phone; the land line was coming up as closed so had to redial twice. Hopefully your pixie dust will rub off on me for my CRT ressies that I need to make for tomorrow. We'll be happy with anything but an 8:05 would be GREAT!!!

I am sending you pixie dust so you are the first person through tomorrow morning. Yesterday when I tried my computer said exactly 6am central but today when I got through without having to press any propts my computer said 5:58 am which threw me off and I almost hung up so be careful. In fact as I pressed 1 for the first prompt I heard nothing and did not know what happened and suddenly a woman's voice came through.

Sending loads of pixie dust your way :wizard:

We also had a hard time with our ADR's. Also some restaurants have not released certain times yet. Like Ohana's isn't giving out ADR's btw. 5-8pm on the day we wanted. I took the 8pm, but hopefully they will open up more times. CRT lunch has also bee filling up really quickly. Must be the dining plan effect...

Jen,
Try again for Ohana. I got a 7:45 for 10/3 so they may have opened up some time slots. I did ask for 7:30 but it was full. I will send Pixie dust your way too :wizard:

Does anyone know when is best to sit at Ohana and get a window seat for Wishes? I am hoping 7:45 is not too late. Also does anyone know about what time spectromagic and wishes is on a Monday in Oct?

Thanks,
