Who would play Delswife???

Ok we have all decided that Delswife should give up her day job and turn the trip into a book. (Id buy it on the first day out) The only question left is who would play her role when they turned it into a film??? Im thinking Rosanne or maybe Meryl Streep... any ideas?

Jane Kazmarack from "Malcolm in the Middle". She's already used to playing a character with a bunch of energetic kids, one of whom is a son at a military academy (close enough). Besides, then her husband, Brad Whitford, could play Scuba Steve. Don't laugh. Have you seen BW stripped to the boxers? Yum! Yoga does a body good. He'd be perfect for the role. Except for the, y'know, receding hair line bit.

I can't think of his name, but the kid who plays the eldest son on "American Dreams" for DS.

I'm racking my brain for someone to play Scuba Steve but I can't come up with anything. Brad Pitt maybe? He's got that sense of humor that Scuba Steve seems to have.
