I finally got a chance to watch online. I have to admit I was a little bored already.

The egg moment was the most excitement - "the most shattering episode in Bachelorette history!" It was cute and I was glad to see Travis wasn't too serious about it.

I like Arie too - I don't see him as phony yet.

I'm a little tired of the single parent issue - like those are the only people who could understand her.

Mr Compromise - I def think that was a language barrier thing. I felt really bad for him - he seemed a little lost as to what just happened.

I watched two episodes tonight to get caught up. Emily is already on my nerves. Sorry honey but any guy who says meeting you and your daughter is the greatest moment of his life is going to be lying. Yes after dating and getting to know you and your daughter it might happen over time, but after a couple of weeks on a reality TV show, probably not. I too felt sorry for compromise guy, he seemed shellshocked.

I think she sees Ricky in Arie and is falling for him for the wrong reasons. I do like Arie though, he seems like a nice guy. I don't necessarily see him with Emily though.

So far I like Doug best. Can't stand Ryan, he seems conceited. Sean is super handsome but something a little conceited about him too. Chris is cute but a little nervous. No one else really stands out for me.

Aestetics aside, I don't get a warm feeling from Emily. I know she tries to present herself as the warm Southern belle, I am not buying it. I predict she's looking for someone to come in with the sort of money Rickey's family has (the money they are no longer willing to keep sharing with her probably). I really highly doubt it's all about finding a Dad for Ricky, and more about finding someone to bankroll the lifestyle she's become accustomed to. Then again, I am a cynic when it comes to this show. But I'm not buying her sweet southern belle act. She also seems a little dull. I've yet to really hear anything compelling about her. At least Ashley and Ali and especially Jillian had some personality. I don't see much with Emily, other than the constant harping about her being a single Mom to Ricky. We get it, you're a Mom. Lots of people are, what else you got?

That wouldn't make sense. Rick Hendrick, Sr. is worth a few billion dollars. Why would he suddenly leave his grand-daughter high & dry? I think I read a while back that Hendrick had cancer, which he beat and it's in remission. Maybe he's gone out of remission and the cancer is back? That his mortality has been brought home to Emily?

Maybe she wants to show him her life settled with the guy who will be in her & little Rikki's future. So he won't worry about them? (Only this isn't the way to find that guy. )

OR, if Hendrick's will & trust will only leave money to taking care of Rikki, maybe Emily sees her lifestyle & budget greatly curtailed?

Yes, a couple weeks ago he went after Kalon for saying he put his life on hold to be in the show, and that Kalon should take back his words & think before speaking.

Now, before this date, he was so anxious, and he, himself, said he put his life on hold to do the show.
