Who was your DVC Guide

Our guide is Kim Moore, he was very helpful with our purchase a few years back. He has not been one for getting in touch when we are over but that's the way I like it.

One of the main reasons the sale was succesfull was his no rush attitude.

He was also the reason we purchased another two add-ons, as well as the fact that we love DVC.

Brian Sullivan is our guide. He has always been very helpful...returns calls promptly. Helpful with information when we added on too.

Another Jim McCoy fan!!::yes:: He is great to deal with-VERY patient and low-key-no pressure.Went above and beyond for us.we just finished dealing with him for our add-on and will definitely use him again(as soon as the money-tree blooms again in my back-yard!!) :rotfl:
TRish

Yet another Jim McCoy fan - bought sight unseen - overseas and was very very good. Ready for our 2nd add on.

David :D

I haven't seen mine yet, Joan Lane. She was very nice. She went on vacation the day after we toured and we took a couple of days to make a decision, so Bruce Douglas helped us. Joan is not back from vacation so I haven't had a chance to deal with her after the purchase (and I still haven't received my paperwork).

We bought resale so Nick Tamberino "inherited" us. We are in the process of doing an add-on with him and so far so good.

Our guide is Karen Guyder. She was just fine...sold us all our add ons and sent all the little gifts, pens, pins and lithos. We would buy from her again and may do another add on in the next year or so.

We have Joan as our guide and have been impressed with her. Nice, friendly and organized. For a while she also was involved with DCL as well as DVC. We did the intial purchase and a couple of add-ons very easily.

We bought from Randy Kroeger than we were asigned Diane Henry, we have never met her but we bought BCV & SSR from her and she is always very prompt & helpful

My guide is Humerto Santos. Seems nice enough. Only really have had dealings with him twice, when we initially bought the BWV and when we added on.

Am I missing something here?It seems like I should be expecting more than what he's giving me.

What else beside assist in your purchase has or does you guide do fo you?

More kudos for Bobby Corsello!! We absolutely loved him when we were thinking about purchasing and then finally took the plunge. I have never met more of a cheerleader for Disney than Bobby. Both times we have been home since we have been members he has been out of the office. We are hoping to catch him next visit.

Our guide was a gentleman by the name of Ricardo Florez. I haven't seen him mentioned yet either.

Are you sure it isn't Ricardo Quirez or Quiroz (sp?). He was our guide. Sounded a little like Ricky Ricardo (Lucy's husband).:D

Kim Moore was also my guide. He was very patient with my bazilion questions before I bought my first contract. Very prompt to return phone calls, extremely knowledgable, totally non-pressure. He also helped me do 3 add-ons later. I've never met him, as all was done by phone. Stopped by the sales office on 2 occasions to see if he was around, but he was out on tour. Wish I could put a face with the voice on the phone. :D

Linda Smit.

Has anyone counted the total number of guides yet. I never knew there were that many!

We have Julie Hughes and we love her. Just did an add on and the transaction went very smooth. Looking forward to seeing her soon. We always look her up when we visit.

I'm shocked as well. I thought there were maybe twenty-five or thirty. And instead, there's an entire DVC army! B-T-W, I still haven't seen my guide listed yet (Arnault Garcia).

Our guide is Bernard Lebeaupin. From reading the board -sounds like most of you have had great experiences with your guides.

Bernard was very low pressure, which we loved. He answered all our questions and was very helpful in explaining everything. I dont think we were a very hard sell by the time we made the call - but it was a good experience.

Bernard also called us in our room when we arrived this past May to wish us a good vacation and to call him if we had any questions. Maybe they all do this - but it was a great touch and made us feel really good about DVC

BERNARD RULES

Eric

Linda Smit used her "Jedi Mind Trick" and forced us to buy.(LOL)

No, actually, she was great and did not pressure at all. She gave us the facts, a great tour and info to take home. I calculated some numbers to check the value over 40 years and we bought a week later.

One of the best decisions I have ever made!

Have Fun,
Bruce::MickeyMo

I saw that name on the board before I posted and thought for a second that I might have remembered incorrectly but I subsequently located one of his business cards; Ricardo Florez.

We also had Bernard Leaupin. He's great... returns calls quickly and was low pressure. Both my husband and I really like him.
