Who was your DVC Guide

Our guide was Mike Brunson, awesome guy actually. We had absolutley no pressure to buy and he gave us lots of useful info.

And ice cream, too.

Damn their persuasive techniques.

Bernard Leaupin is also ours. Very patient man. He gave us our original tour and then answered many phone questions over the nexy six months until we finally took the plunge.

Bernard was who we toured with since our guide was unavailable. He is going to be who they switch us too once DVC management gets back to me. He was pretty nice for the short time we dealt with him.

Another Jim McCoy fan!! He is great to deal with-VERY patient and low-key-no pressure.Went above and beyond for us.we just finished dealing with him for our add-on and will definitely use him again(as soon as the money-tree blooms again in my back-yard!!)

We were there in September our guide was Dave Kritzer he was great, very helpfull. We thought he was great. We just bought SSR and had a great time.

Humberto Santos. Have had no contact with him. We actually initially bought SSR through him, cancelled, then bought resale through OKW. I understand he is still assigned as our Guide. We've not needed to contact him as of yet.

We were a referral from another family - did everything over the phone with Marshall - he's a wonderful man. Met him in person on one of our later trips - super nice guy!!

Roland Lammers

He did our original purchase and add-on. I think he may do some of the cruises, which may be why he doesn't return calls as quickly as you might expect. I had the same problem, but once he called, he was very attentive, and returned subsequent phone calls in a timely manner.

Haven't seen our DVC Guide mentioned - Deborah Robinson.
She is great!!! During our first trip home last June she called and left a very nice message welcoming us home. It really put a smile to my face. I was just sorry I didn't have time to call back and thank her - too busy playing I guess

All the guides we ran into at SSR on our way to/from the Parks were always very friendly. They must get sprinkled with pixie dust when they arrive to work each morning.

Not your typical timeshare, but we all knew that before we joined!!

Here is another plus for Gib McCain. He has been my guide since April '96--a great representative for DVC. He was a "soft sell" meaning no pressure to buy, was very informative, has always been pleasant. For the unsual circumstances of my schedule and potential time at WDW, he contacted member services to get me additional, accurate informatin. Cheers to him!!

We bought from Kelli Jo Williamson in June of 2001. We never hear from her. I'm not sure she is still there, since in that online newsletter after the Tinkerbell change there was no guide listed. Anyone else have her?

Chris Mansour folks here. Love the guy, made us feel very comfortable and at ease. I have to disagree with another post that claims he isn't "overly friendly", he's always been good to us and we've recommended him to friends.
