Who Uses The Valet Parking Perk?

"OK then, what is the "intent" of this parking perk?"

I think that the intent of this perk was initally to mollify the BWV patrons who have nowhere to park due to visitors to the Boardwalk nightspots. It gave them an option to self parking in situations where there were no spots to be had.

The DVC Valet parking statement and the statement against parking at the resorts for park visits are somewhat contradictory. They should add in the DVC statement that it is not intended for Park visits. If they don't, I suspect the parking passes will be trimmed.

We always use valet parking when staying at BW or BC...

We love to have dinner at the various resorts..we always valet park.

At WL, it's free, because we're DVC..

We have never had a ticket left hanging at a dvc resort where we did not have to pay for valet services. except for the tip ... of course!

however, at the other resorts, we are always left with a tag that we can show at another resort and we have done that..at christmas we love to tour the resorts..and go from ak to gf without any problems...

We always use valet parking. We call down to the valet before leaving our room and when we get down there the car is ready and cooled off for us. If we are visiting a resort that has valet parking we generally will pay for it unless there is a spot pretty close to the main entrance. Just another one of those little luxuries that make vacation special.

OKAY now, Everyone that has used valet parking without paying for it when they should have need not worry. EVERYTIME that we've used valet parking, reqardless of where, we've ALWAYS paid for it! I kinda think that makes it balance out, don't you?
