Noxzema and Ponds! Used them both. I loved the smell of Noxzema, and I guess somewhere along the line, I just stopped using it. I've always had Ponds on hand to remove eye makeup, and now my daughter, who has all kinds of expensive department store makeup, uses Ponds for her eye makeup removal. I think I'll pick up some Noxzema for old times sake next time I'm at Walmart.
This thread is too funny, some things will never change . Among other skin care products - I still do the Nozema, Avon Skin so Soft and Ponds ! The Avon Skin so Soft is perfect after my aqua therapy 2x wk. I also had an 80yo dear friend who used Pond's all her life and had baby soft skin that looked 20 yrs younger!
Shhhh don't my Mary Kay consultant DD - save your money ladies, imo these 3 very reasonably priced items are 'must' haves.
I have used Noxema my whole life as a make-up remover. I don't use the tub where you have to scoop it out with your fingers I buy the pump bottle and it is a liquid bit liquidy and not so firm. It has to be fluid of course to go through the pump. I have never tried anything else. It gets mascara off very easily and you don't have to scrub very hard for it to work. I don't like scrubbing my eyes to get the make up off.
I am a fair skinned red head, and used to burn to a crisp as a child. My mother would slather me up in Noxzema to help cool the burn. I can still smell it in my memory!!
