Who is the Rarest Character to have a photo/Meet & Greet with?

I was also thinking Huey, Duey, and Louie...I am almost positive I met them when I was little, where are they now?

Thank you so much for the welcome. :goodvibes

I'd love to see the Hercules characters too, especially Meg. Gotta love those sassy Disney girls. Esmeralda would make my day too, I'd just love to see her outfit.

As for uncommon characters I actually have seen, I have a photo of me when I was about 8 meeting Bianca from The Rescuers. I've never really seen anyone else post a picture or even mention meeting her before, so I'm guessing she's pretty damn rare.

I've seen Meg, altough it may have been a very rare sighting. She was at Epcot World Showcase on the bridge between France and the UK. She looked great, it was awesome. This was just this past April.

You know who I miss that I haven't seen in a very long time...Cruella DeVile. She was totally awesome.

The Fairy Godmother is kinda hard to find. She is on the backside of the castle at MK. This is the only place where you can meet & greet her. I guess you can consider that "rare"

I thought she was at the 1900 park Fare Dinner with Cinderella and her prince? If shes not I will be disappointed this year. I also thought she was at the Cinderella Breakfast in the Castle, we saw her there in 2006.

sorcerer Mickey... I have been a dozen times and never got a pic

sorcerer mickey is out daily, most of the day, at the animation building in DHS. there were several months he wasn't anywhere after he was kicked out of soundstage 1.. i believe that was for SWW 2007. and he came back march 2008 if i'm not mistaken

We saw the Evil Queen at Hollywood Studios in the Animation Bldg.

That's a character I'd love to see. :worship:I'm guessing she's pretty rare. In many trips, I've not seen her.

This month we saw Frozone.

A few years ago, we saw Jack Sparrow. I know they do the pirate tutoial (Or at least they were doing it very recently), but as far as I know, Capt. Jack doesn't sign autographs - maybe he does.

Anyhow two years ago, they had a very short Capt. Jack meet and greet. It was very cool. We almost walked right past, as we aren't prone to wait in long lines. It was in a building in Adventureland, and they had a large indoor space all devoted to a Pirate theme. Jack himslef was ina room with lots of treasure chests and gold coins. He gave away a few coins. Plus, he was really GOOD! I'm so glad we stopped.

Another set of characters I've only seen was once was the cows from that really bad cow movie from a few years ago. The one that was voiced by Rosanne Barr (nothign against her, the movie was bad). Just before it came out they had the characters in a short parade by Pecos Bill's

I don't know if this counts because it was Disneyland, not World, but in 2005 we saw Gideon the cat from Pinocchio - he scooped up my then 18 month old son right onto his lap in front of the castle. Maybe he's there all the time, but that was our only trip so far to the land...

Rabbit. I have never seen Rabbit. I haven't seen Lady or Tramp either

Kae

I'd LOVE to see Lady and the Tramp!! If they were available i'd pay the $1500 character fee for my VR to have them there!!

I'm glad to see that Marie is out! DD and I love Marie and we'd be so pleased to see her. I'd like to see Meg and Esmarelda too. I have to say...Prince's would be nice too! You only get to see the Princes at special ticket events....it would be nice to see Philip and Prince Charming out a few times.

Launchpad is pretty rare, we met him with Donald in January!

I've seen Darth Vader meet&greet too, I think that was before before the days of the Jedi Training Academy.

We've seen a bunch of rare Robin Hood characters once in Epcot and other rare characters too near the hat in DHS.+Brer Fox in MK.

Not sure why Horace and Clarabelle are marked rare, we've very often seen them right inside the gate of MK in the morning.

Sorcerer Mickey is always in the animation studios at DHS.

thanks pixie!

we saw the incredibles there and that was it. maybe we will have better luck in october :)

Pls forgive the interruption, but I'm just working on creating my autograph book for our November trip.

Is there a way to find out which characters will be in the park and what times once I enter the park? I recall some type of Entertainment guide but am unsure if it lists ALL characters specifically (i.e, Chip n Dale, Stitch and Mickey in front of Hat from 10-11am) ... or just in general (ie., "come see Disney characters in front of hat from 10-11am").

Thanks!

The Animation building currently seems to be a good place to meet rare as well as popular characters. Yesterday, we popped over there to meet Sorceror Mickey. We also met (deep breath) Pinocchio and Gepetto, Mary Poppins and a Penguin, Max and Goofy, Prince John, Governor Ratcliffe (sp?) and the Queen from Snow White. After half an hour, they were replaced with Chip and Dale, Pocohontas and Meeko, Friar Tuck, Minnie and Pluto, Foul Fellow and Jafar.

I saw Stromboli and The Penguin from Mary Poppins at MGM back in 2003. We were so excited, especially for Stromboli...he was just hanging out near where the Osborne Lights are now!

A few years ago I got to have my picture taken with one of my favorite characters, Clopin. He was in a shop in France. I had never seen him before and haven't seem him since.
