Who is the Rarest Character to have a photo/Meet & Greet with?

We saw them both earlier this month, a new one for us. They were just adorable.

Thanks! Do they just pose for pictures or actually sign/stamp an autograph?

I think Walt makes regular appearances still in front of the castle, right around the middle of the hub. And Roy can sometimes be seen sitting on a bench in Town Square.

They did seem kind of stiff, though.

The rarest characters in my book are the ones I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet. Such as:
Quasimodo
Phoebus
Clopin
Hercules
Prince Eric
Flounder
Thumper -but I hear he's coming to Animal Kingdom soon with his girlfriend!

The ones that I have met that I consider rare finds are:
Rabbit
Megara
Esmeralda
Maleficent
and so on...

I saw Thumper with Miss Bunny on January 4th in the Animation Studios. I didn't get a picture, as I was on my way into the Animation class when they came out.

We had a private meet and greet with Bear from Bear in the Big Blue House for our son. Back when bear was part of PHD.

For me. . .the rarest, is simply a character with whom I've never managed a picture. . . In fact each time we go, the goal is to have our picture taken with a character who has yet to grace the pages of our photo book!

Earlier this year we added Geppetto, Br'er Rabbit, Meeko, Flik, Frontierland Goofy, Fiesta Donald, Mary Poppins, and the Mayor of MK's Main St., USA to our collection!

On a side note. . .when Mary Poppins appears for pics, is she always dressed in the animation sequence white dress & parasol?

I would LOVE to have a pic along with her dressed in her black cloak and hat. She appears this way in the current parade at the MK-----I managed a pic, but Burt's hand was waving and shielded her face

AFAIK Mary Poppins only poses in her white dress now. I have a pic of me with her back in 1990 in her black coat and she was even holding the umbrella with the bird on the handle!! Super-cool!!

I have seen a couple pictures with her in her red coat from 1900 Park Fare. I asked about that, and they said it occasionally happens when it's very cool out, but not very often.

He's out everyday in Fantasyland.

There's a department, Character Programs, that makes these decisions. It's based on several factors that are listed in another thread.
