There are several for me but I loved Phil Hartman. Sinbad can make me laugh out loud easily...who is it for you??

Did you just watch Houseguest????:D :D

Phil Hartman was always a classic. I love Dave Chappelle (sp?). "Time out is sweet!"

At the moment?

Dave Chappell

I also like Chris Rock and Ben Stiller

Bill Cosby, and Robin Williams.

Dana Carvey and Ellen DeGeneres. I used to love Rita Rudner and Elayne Boosler but I haven't seen them in a long time.

George Carlin!! DH had never heard of him and I made him watch one of his old shows one night, I thought he was going to hurt himself laughing!

And all of the guys on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, Larry The Cable Guy, and Bill Engvall. That time I did hurt myself laughing. We were
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: we kept having to pause it when we watched it with my Mom, Grandma, Aunt, and Step-Dad - potty breaks every 5 minutes. It's SO funny!!

Robin Williams

(and I'm a sucker for Bob & Doug McKenzie - take of, eh?)

Paul Reiser (does he still do stand up?), Rita Rudner, Ellen DeGeneres always make me laugh.

Ellen has always cracked me up. I really 'get' her. I like Bill Cosby too. Robin Williams makes me LOL but I can't take him for long. And some guy named Kevin. Maybe his last name is Meany?? I can't remember. I haven't seen him in years but he'd always talk about his mother saying, "You'll poke your eye out." I laugh just thinking of that...:teeth:

I'm a Bill Cosby girl. I have a copy of "Bill Cosby ~ Himself" that I watch over and over. It's a standup routine that had to be done in the early 80's, but it's still relevant today. Even though I know the routine by heart, I laugh every time I see it.

To me, a good comedian makes me laugh by pointing out the humor in every day life...someone who talks about life in a humorous way I hadn't thought of before. Ellen DeGeneres, Jerry Seinfeld, and George Carlin are all great at "real life" comedy.

"I don't care about fair - I just want QUIET!" :jester:

Love this routine of his - my friend and I use quite a few quotes from it all the time. :)

Robin Williams
George Carlin
Wayne Brady and the whole cast of Whose Line Is It Anyway

Bill Cosby will always be my favorite!!
I also love the tape Bill Cosby-himself. I just LOOOOOVE the dentist part!!! :rotfl:

Another I really like is Ellen & Robin Williams.
But Bill Cosby will always be Number 1 for me :worship:

The Blue Collar Comedy Tour is hilarious.

I saw some comedian one time who had a puppet named Peanut. I don't remember his name but he cracked me up.

Denae

Edited to add - Bill Cosby is funny too. "Dad is great, give us some chocolate cake!"

Oh I love Bill Cosby..."Jeffrey, Jeffrey, Jeffrey!"...Actually I havent seen Houseguest for a while..but a good movie. I love Ellen too...she is my favorite female. Phil Hartman came to mind when I watched News Radio last night...they were dealing with his death. What a tragedy.
