HI 2X!! I was wondering what happened to you! A week-long migraine??

Could it have had anything to do with your guests?

I used to get those all the time (migraines not guests), years and years of it. Luckily they have decreased, but when they hit, they HIT. So glad to see you're feeling better. Hope you have fun at your brunch!
That's funny that Emma's cake says Emily... that was what I really wanted to name her but her lovely father wouldn't have it. We settled on Emma because it was close enough for me so I liked it, and he liked it because it was Rachel's baby on Friends.

My mom still calls her Emma Lee -- which Emma of course hates.
Michele: What an odd tradition to "decorate" freshmen's houses. I'm sure the parents luuuuv that.

At least you got lucky with Zach and it was someone who wouldn't trash the place. Cedar Point, how fun! I would love to make it there, for just a few dollars more I can upgrade my Worlds of Fun season pass to include all the Cedar Fair parks. Last year it was included, but we never made it to anyplace else so I didn't buy the add-on this year, and NOW Lyzzie decided she's a coaster girl.

I know what you mean about the dancing. Have you seen the thread around here about 3rd graders with acrylic nails? It's just disgusting. I used to hate school dances because all I knew how to do was the stand-in-a-(very
small)circle-with-the-other-nerds-and-shuffle-your-feet dance.

It was not very attractive. I felt so left out because I didn't know the "cool" dances, but on the other hand they looked so trashy I didn't WANT to know them.
Donna: That Tigger waffle really hit the spot! Y'know, with all the times we've been to CP I don't think we've had breakfast there. We are not big breakfast eaters, so it just seems like a waste of money or
DDP credits to do too many breakfasts, and we're already doing Chef Mickey's for a late breakfast/brunch on our last day next time, because I just LOVE that place!

I think it'll be a nice way to end the trip.
I thought I was done with making changes, but I remembered one more thing... we get those vouchers for Planet Hollywood with our packages and wanted to go there and I forgot to book it! We do have one day where the original plan was AK in the morning, then an afternoon break and dinner at ASMu (before the upgrade) and then Lyzzie and I would change and get ready for the P&PP. New plan, if it works out: AK then off to DTD for late lunch at PH, then back to SSR for resting/changing for P&PP. That should actually work out better, since the CS at SSR doesn't serve dinner, we wanted to use the PH vouchers anyway, and DTD is right there by SSR, you can walk or take a boat depending on where your room is. My parents think I'm nuts with all the planning, but you guys know how that goes! They will be thanking me later!!
We were going to go back to the farm today but it's raining. We had big loud storms early this morning, around 5am, but it cleared up and now is raining again, complete with flash flood warnings. So much for Plan A. Plan B is to finish up my coupon shopping at the grocery store, getting the stuff that Target didn't carry. (At the risk of sounding like a Geico ad, I saved over $15.00 with coupons yesterday!) And Lyzzie needs a haircut, I woke up this morning to the sound of her sobbing. Ran into her room all bleary-eyed and 1/2 clothed, only to discover that she was frustrated over trying to brush her hair. SO, it's time for a cute little summer bob. Luckily for her, her hair grows very fast and will be long again before school starts.
Geez, why can't I just post a nice little update without it turning into a novella?
