I remember the last thing! I think it was Linda that was talking about wanting to take the Panama Canal cruise. My BIL and SIL are going on it. And they are having a lot of fun rubbing it in my face that they are going on this 2 week long

Ashley, good luck!! I just got off the phone with them (on hold for about 30 minutes). I was able to book a preferred room at POP (09/22-09/29)!!!!! The CM was really nice.

Well, Blake's ordeal is over...they decided on 1 week unpaid leave for the morons. Now he and the rest of his people need to work harder. And Blake leaves Sunday for England and Germany! So he won't be there to help.

I would love to go then. 9-13 is our 21st anniversary. I would love to go back just the 2 of us. We went for our 15th anniversary but if you do the math you will realize that was right after 9-11! We flew out the first day the airports reopened. A lot of people were surprised we went....I figured that was the safest time to fly!! The parks were literally empty!! I'll have to scan in some pictures later and show you.

Linda, about a month ago, DH came across the same deal for TAs. We were ready to cancel WDW and book it... except....
Because of all the extra snow days for school this year, the last day got pushed back to the 30th of May. Had it been out the 'normal' day, we would've been able to go! The only downside was the $1200 pp airfare.
Oh, goodness guys - I totally forgot in all the hubub over the weekend and the aftermath with the bionic woman.... I got the pictures done! Most are mine, but everything past the 2 of a sunset are Erin's. There are A LOT. so grab and get in a comfy chair... you're liable to be a while!

Thank you. Courtney is doing much better. She went to the dentist this morning. He said the tooth is fine. Her gums are bruised up pretty good, but that will go away in a few days. There was no damage to her teeth at all.

Linda, I'll post some pictures in a few minutes from our
free dining trips. You will be surprised!! This year we are going 8/31 - 9/09. It's a great time because most people don't want to pull their kids out of school right when it just started, but I personally think if you're going to miss school, that is a great time because it's all just review from the year before for the first month anyway
Just for kicks, I priced out the AKL for our trip... the only room available was some sort of club level suite for $12,000.00!! I showed the quote to my parents and they thought for a split second that I wanted to stay there. I do, but not at that price! I can't believe people actually pay that, I can't even imagine having that much disposable income. I'm stressing out over $1000, which I know is a great price for 10 days but it's still a lot of money to me!

I didn't wait around for people to clear out, that's just how it was. Both years were Labor Day weekend and the week after, both during Free Dining. I can't wait!! I think when you read the DIS, it seems like EVERYONE is going for free dining, but you have to remember that the DIS is really just a small section of diehard fanatics. The general public doesn't know or give a rat's patootie about free dining, they just go during the summer when it's convenient for them. That's why they run such great specials, to try to lure in more people during the slow times. And it is value season too!

Mikes ex had to be escorted out of the courtroom!!! She kept mouthing the son what to say so she had to be removed and that was great for us b/c it hurt his credibility.
