Angela:: I do have some experience with mystery shopping. I have not done it, but was CSM in a supermarket that did. I used to always try to guess who our mystery shopper was!! I once mentioned to the store mgr. about Mrs. Whatshername being the mystery shopper and he just smiled. The person always did the shopping with something in the bottom of the cart or whatever and checked the cashier for eye contact, friendliness...that sort of thing.
I will be thinking of you on Wednesday.

I don't have anything too special planned for today. Tonight my family is meeting at our little country neighborhood diner/bar to eat. The special today is Beef Manhattans and my Mom loves them, so I suggested we just go there. not really for my birthday, but it's an excuse!!

Have to tell you guys a cute little story.

We went to the State Fair again yesterday. We were there pretty much ALL DAY.

Anyway, Colton and Chase were riding a small roller coaster called the Wildcat. They rode it, and when they got off, they immediatly got back in line.

Well, Colton noticed that the girl he has a crush on is about 10 people ahead of them in line. So, he walks up and just says Hi to her. And then he goes back to get back in line with Chase. I tell Colton he should go up and ask her and her sister if she wanted to come back in line and ride with him and Chase. But he wouldn't do it.

So the girl and her sister get off before Colton and Chase finish their ride. And Colton looks for her after they get off, but he can't find them.

He was so bummed that he couldn't find her the rest of the day.

Last night Steven asked my what I wanted for my birthday, I was surprised he asked, it's a month away! I told him I just wanted some clothes. Anyways I will celebrate in Vegas! It's going to be crazy!!!

My birthday dinner was very yummy! I have some leftover Magolian Beef and Lo Mein for lunch today too. What is the date of your birthday again? I can't remember. We also watched the Little Mermaid DVD last night that he got me.

It's funny, remember last week the night I told you guys I went to K-Mart? Well at one point I went into the bathroom and when I came out, I see Jeremiah RUNNING up the aisle all out of breath. I just looked at him weird and said, "What were you doing?" He was like "Oh, I was just looking around" Well it turns out while I was in the bathroom he ran and got the Little Mermaid, RAN and put it in the trunk of the car and ran back! I kind of suspected that because as soon as he saw the movie out he was like "Do you have to go to the bathroom?" UH, why do you ask?

I've always wanted to go to Vegas! I actually wanted to elope in Vegas but Jeremiah didn't want to , so we agreed on our late honeymoon trip in Disney! (Well duh, I wanted to go to Vegas and Disney!!)

wow... what a wonderful weekend!!! Sat. Kenny had a soccer game at 10..they won 5-0 he played the whole game and was goalie for 1/2 the game...he loved it!! It was so cute. I don't have the pix off my card yet ...then we went home ate some lunch and took a much needed nap! We left for Columbus at 2...went to Polaris to go to the Disney store...of coarse I had pre bought the little mermaid there b/c they gave me the lithos and a coupon for 15% off and that was better than the $10 you get w/the website..if you plan on spending some $$ in the store. I bought 2 snowglobes, 2 sweatshirts for Kenny and a pirates shirt for Kenny...few stuffed animals..and I think that's about it.. then we went to Maggie Moos for ice cream, did some christmas shopping... and headed to the arena district. Bucca was delicious as usual and then we headed into the arena for the hockey game. It was awesome!!! Much better than I had expected. Very fast pace... lots of good hits and aggression !!!Kenny was loving it!!!! it was a tie 2-2... we got home about 11... Sunday we cleaned the house and decorated for Halloween. We cleared the garden... cleaned up and took a nap... I just needed them this weekend I guess . Mike was settled in to watch nascar so Kenny and I thought we'd do some Christmas shopping for him... we got some things and headed home to eat some left over bucca. Relaxed in the hot tub and got showers. Great weekend!!!! Beautiful weather!!!

Angela...cute pix. Kenny would love that!! He'd be a muddy mess..but he'd love it. my sister does a TON of secret shops. Literally about every evening and every weekend she's running all over doing them. Tons of hotels, restaurants, salons...you name it! I've done a few...but I just don't have the time to do more.

I brought one of the to-go boxes with me to work. I just finished HALF of it. I still half of this one for tomorrow's lunch!! Good grief!

My bday is on Nov 7. Write that down everyone! That's too funny and sweet about Jeremiah! Cars comes out on my bday (election day too!) So I hope Steven remembers to get it for me! I also kind of want to get married in Vegas, but Steven doesn't want to. I am still holding out for a Disney wedding!!! Well, we need to get engaged first!

Pozey - how did you like Los Cabos?? We went (again) on Saturday, just DH & I - since DD (who claims to NOT like mexican food) was at work. Well, of course she was put out because we went there - (but you say you don't LIKE mexican food!?) - oh, no says she, I LIKE Los Cabos - it's good! I can't win.

Hi all!! I had to take Ben to the Dr. this afternoon. His ear was red and swollen this morning (just thought he had slept wrong on it), well it got bigger and redder etc. So they think it is just a bug bite, wanted to share these pictures so you get an idea. Also a cute pictures of Ben in his halloween costume (our babysitter gave this to him last night, she brought dress up clothes and hats). Also a pic of my kids and my nieces from this weekend.

Sure is quiet here, everyone must be working hard!
