It annoys me considering the teachers at his preschool complain to me all the time about her!!

I just got home from Maggie Moos with my youngest DS.

Looks like ice cream for everybody tonight! I really wanted to go to Cold Stone, but didn't feel like fighting the Friday evening 71st & Memorial traffic. I was already angry/frustrated without that on top of it! I sure hope you get to feeling better soon - there's a lot of people sick right now - don't know if it's bugs going around or just fall allergies. Knock on wood, so far so good for us.

I just got home from Maggie Moos with my youngest DS. My appetite is off because I'm not feeling good but DS kept saying he wasn't hungry for dinner. I finally ask him if he had ever had ice cream for dinner. Noooo....so we headed off for ice cream. My oldest son had baseball practice tonight and was going home with a friend. Poor DH ended up with a turkey sandwich...he passed on the ice cream dinner.

Linda...I really feel for you and the x problem. Are they married?

Yes, unfortunately they got married in Dec. he knew her for 4 months. Now he complains to his own family about what a mistake it was but continues to let her interfere with Kenny... very controlling...but she's not going to control me. I'm not her employee and I'm not going to take her crap! I guess I could take her to court for harassment....but you get tired of handing thousands to the lawyers... I think that is what it is...she wants to keep the lawyers employed My xmil still calls and I take Kenny over b/c they don't speak to them. They've never met her! She's not welcome there. Its weird b/c her and I took Kenny to see Sesame Street early spring and she was still introducing me as her dil... !! I think I just need to move to wdw!!!

I have to admit those shoes were a bad fashion choice. Maybe I could have gotten in that suitcase if I had my tennies on!!

DznyFan::I have to agree you DSS is kind of a cutie. Sorry you had a fight with you DD. Ice cream therapy works wonders doesn't it?

Linda::I feel so sorry for Kenny and what he is going through. I'm afraid anything I say might make you feel worse. I'm just glad my ex and I never had children. My DH has 2 sons from a previous marriage and when they were younger things got a little stressful at times to say the least. I'm just glad they are grown now and that drama is kind of behind us now.

Thanks for the well wishes. I would say it's allergies but I'm so achy it might just be virus/cold. Now, I'm wondering about a bladder infection but I've never had one before so I'm not sure. Maybe I had one too many cokes today.

Hey, If it makes you feel any better I always have a couple of sizes in my closet...depending on what my mood has been.

Yes it's Mike I really wish he'd get BACK out of his life. He truly was so much better off... I keep hoping! For now I just document it. Now that he's in Kindergarten maybe the teacher won't take that crap and call someone on them!

you won't make me feel worse I know it could be much worse...but I guess we'll see. They start their crap and it makes me just want to MOVE! I'm sure it is easier the older they get but now they put crap in his head that is just wrong. He tells him he can't take him anywhere or if he wants something at the store, I can't buy it b/c your mom gets all my money oh please...he's 5!!! Then poor Kenny thinks I take all his money and oh poor dad... they make me sick!!!

Yes, I wasn't going to complain but DS and I had the kiddies size cone with dark chocolate and heath...it was so darn small it didn't really even make a dent as far as satisfying me. So whip out the blender...I'll take something with coconut.

Oh Linda.... we must talk in February about rotten exes! I've got two of them... thankfully one lives 1500 miles away and is afraid to fly, and the other one is completely out of our lives. If I had to deal with them both with the child issues, I think I'd pull my hair out!

Those ice cream drinks look yummy! I still have ice cream from Cold Stone in my freezer from the other day. We had a birthday certificate for Lyzzie for a free ice cream... well they gave her the biggest size by accident! (Or maybe on purpose, just because she's so cute!) And then I had a buy one get one coupon from my Entertainment book, so we used that too. I guess we were not that hungry, because somehow we ended up with 4 to-go containers out of 3 orders!! They pile the cups so darn high, we ate over 1/2 of each and still couldn't get the lids on. I think I might have to work on getting rid of those tonight.

My parents surprised me today by coming over while I was at work and replacing my bathroom flooring. I had already bought the new vinyl floor, but we hadn't gotten around to installing it yet. I wish I had a pic of the old stuff, it was the ugliest floor I've ever seen! Dark brownish grey marbled with salmon. It looks so nice and clean now with the new shiny white floor!

The rum is gone??!? Thanks DznyFan for getting JD all liquored up for me!

Well, I caved tonight!!
I stopped at a little deli and ordered a meatball sandwich and do you believe the girl said to me, "sorry, we're out of meatballs". Imagine the look my daggered-filled eyes gave her. But soon I recovered and shot her a smile and sweetly said, "oh, that's alright". I then went to .....get this one........the most Italian place EVER...........Subway. It was pretty darn good but I just think I am in meatball sub deprivation mode. Dog food with sauce on it would have tasted heavenly. Okay, maybe not---I take that back. And to follow that I stopped at the market and got a huge caramel apple!!!! And now you all are servin' up ice cream and alcohol. What can I say---I'm a woman on the edge. And to top that----I am PMS, remember and this may be TMI but I have a friendly pimple on my chin that has a heartbeat of its own. I swear when I look in the mirror it waves to me. Look, there it is.
