Who has had their last day of FP+ cancelled due to making FP+ from 4pm-6:30pm with a MNSSHP ticket?

Maybe they can kick non-party goers out of the line and park by 7! :p ;)

Right?!
How many times have I seen a non party goer slip past for an attraction, or watch a parade they are not supposed to have the privilege of watching, or obtain or at least attempt to obtain cookies and hot chocolate that they have no right to.

Does anyone remember if you could use party tickets at the old fastpass machines back before magic bands? Seems it would have been easy to block those from allowing FPs back then if they didn't want party tickets to obtain FPs.

NEW THEORY
Ok my new theory is that its happening to those that have a Bounce Back offer and/or have modified their reservation in some way.
Please anyone having an issue let me know if that applies to you.

Personally I put a 72 hour hold on a vacation package , made FP+ while it was on hold, made my deposit payment last week Wednesday, bought MNSSHP tickets Wednesday and made FP+ for the party ticket.
I have not modified anything and do not plan to.
My final payment is due tomorrow. I plan to pay it and not change a thing lol.
I have also been trying to figure out what is triggering it for some, but not others. is it only people with packages? Is it only people with separate tickets linked? I don't think all the cases fall into that scenario. There was the person that had the AP and out of 3 people on the reservation only her sister (who did not have an AP, just a regular ticket plus MNSSHP ticket) lost her FP+. I would not think they had a package because the AP folks would not need ticket package, but I could be wrong.

I added another person to my reservation, but that was back in March. I did not do online check-in because of the need to stop by the front desk and get Magic Bands linked to different credit cards.

I haven't deleted the FPs yet . . . I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the time calling Disney to see if there is any way that I can keep the FPs.

I don't know if you are following the main thread or not, but the one who reported an email over there did call BEFORE the dreaded deletion date, was told there would be no problem, and then her FP+ were deleted for her last day. If I were you, and my last day FP+ were important to me, I'd delete the MNSSHP FP+ or some other day. Your FP+ for your last day WILL be deleted tomorrow, no matter what a phone CM tells you. The other person even talked to someone in IT before it happened. You need to decide something today.

We have a package with 2 day tickets and I purchaed MNSSHP tickets for 1 party night. I booked fastpasses for each day.
Epcot day 1. MNSSHP day 1 and AK day 3. I got the fastpasses a week ago and they are still showing for all 3 days.

Everyone has been able to BOOK the FP+ with no problem. At some point, the system is beginning to "see" you don't have tickets for 3 days, and it's deleting the last day of FP+. It appears they are at least sending an email now before they do the delete, but you only have about 48 hrs from the time email is sent, so if you don't see the email, you're out of luck. How the system is seeing and sending the emails is almost as puzzling and uncertain as to who gets PIN codes in the mail.

Crack down?
In the past its been advertised that party goers can enter as early as 4pm so there is nothing to crack down on there.

Crack down? PARTY guests are allowed to enter at 4...per disney. Nothing to crack down on. Perhaps you meant "change the entry time."

Sorry, but Disney has never advertised this. Just like so many other things, it has become practice, but it is not in anything official from Disney.

To be honest I am unsure.
I only went to a party once prior to FP+/MDE/MB...
That was in December 2007 and we had a park ticket plus the party ticket so I'm guessing that if we used a Fastpass it was with out regular park ticket.

Actually on the website it has specifically said you can enter as early as 4pm.
Not sure if it does this year but last year I can absolutely say for sure that it did.
It says it on plenty of blogs, but never on any official Disney page. The info for this years party doesn't even list a start time ~ anywhere.

I have a bounce back package booked and have not changed anything, and I have not had fp disappear nor have I received an email. Yet :scared: I had asked one of the people who got the email (who had a BB) if they had made any changes. I was also thinking it was something like that which had marked them to get the email. But they hadn't changed anything or even done online checkin. It's really a mystery. You would think it would be going in order by party date too, but it seems to be jumping around.

The old paper FP system was much less sophisticated than the new one. If you were in the park, you had a ticket. You only had to scan your ticket. I doubt there was any way to make them see one ticket as different from any other.

Maybe y'all are confused about the cracking down....that implies that party guests are doing something wrong...cheating. They don't need to crack down but you could argue that they need to change the allowed entry time if that is your point. It is as easy as not allowing anyone past turn stiles until 7pm. It seems they don't care to do that. So don't call party guests who enter at 4pm as allowed cheaters.

It was sophisticated to know if you had another FP or not and to know if you were putting in an old used ticket or not. I bet they could have made it block party FPs if they had wanted to.

I received hard MNSSHP tickets through the mail. I believe it says on that paperwork that party guests may enter as early as 4:00pm. I will check it out later but I KNOW I saw that statement on some official document for the tickets.

I don't see anything on Disney's website for the party mentioning early entry. But I know people get e-mails mentioning 4pm.

From the various comments I got the impression that it's a grey area on the early entry. It's def. not openly advertised like Universal does for Early Entry for Harry Potter if you stay at their hotels.

I think there is sorta a confusion thought because people get e-mails after they purchase tickets saying they can book FPs up to 60days if onsite or 30days if offsite but if you go to the actual page on WDW's website it says the following:

The special event hours are from 7pm-midnight. So the confusion almost appears to be the way it's worded in the e-mails because Special Events are separate from normal park admission. Just like with EMM you still need to purchase a park ticket on top of EMM ticket for that special event.

As far as I can tell it's not specifically advertised that you get FP privilages from 4-6pm just with a MNSSHP ticket but that has been what the norm was for a while-almost like Disney wasn't paying attention to that. Who really knows to be honest that's why I feel like it's become a grey area---perhaps Disney is now making it more a black or white area..I really don't know.

I'm not confused, nor did I agree that they needed to "crack down." I only agreed that it has never been advertised. I am not calling those who enter at 4 pm as cheaters; I did so myself just last year.

What I am saying is Disney has a practice of "allowing" things that aren't official (trading QS credits for 3 snacks, letting kids on the DxDDP order adult meals). If they decide to "crack down" and enforce what is official, they don't owe anyone an explanation or even a warning. Party tickets are from 7:00 pm until midnight. They have every right to make that the practice. I HIGHLY doubt they will as it will create a logjam at the entrance, but they could.

There is no loop hole to close with entry. If you weren't suppose to enter at that time Disney would not be staffing the entry, giving out wrist bands, and turning the tap points to party entrance only. If the entry was 7pm then they would simply turn people away and say sorry you can't enter until 7.

I know for sure it was directly on the website last year.
I also have my party ticket paper from last year around her somewhere and if I can find it I believe it will also state 4pm.
Not saying the time is still the same for this year but was pointing out that Disney did directly tell people 4pm in the past.
I would not know it was 4pm if I had not gotten something that said it specifically because I don't take what everyone says on here for truth.

You said the word cheaters, not anyone else.

Oh for sure. I could be missing it too TBH but I just couldn't find it on the main page or in the little blurbs for stuff going on during the party. But I have also seen people's e-mails but I do see it as confusing as a whole.

If they aren't allowed to make fast passes anymore during that time-frame, what's the difference if they come in early? No skin off my back.
Well, they can still take up standby, and much coveted ADRs for BOG. But if Disney "allows" it, I don't blame anyone for doing it.
