Who has called MS for PSs?

Should I use our DVC MS to make PSs or is it better to use the "Dine Line"? Just wondering what everyone does...

I use MS for PS's ... toll free number and much quicker wait times.

For regular PSs I use MS, for anything requiring CC deposits (like CP Dinner Pkg) you need to call the WDW DINE. ALso for hard to get PSs, like Cinderella Breakfasts, call Dining.

I use both. I call MS if it's not a big deal and can wait until they open. I call DINE for the ones I need to call at 7 A.M. for.

I called MS to make 2 PS, both required a CC and I had no problems..smjj

I have always used MS for my PS and they are great. I did call WDWdine for CP package. I think I would use regular WDWdinw for any princess stuff, but luckily I have a 14 year od DS!

We usually go through MS because of the 1-800 number. Can be on hold for a long time!

We usually call MS, but when I called on Wednesday the message said to call back on Thruday for PS due Francis, so I called WDW dine.

We've used both and both have their advantages - MS is 1-800 but WDW DINE is open longer.

Good experience either way.

I usually call the regular dining line, and use MS only when I know the dining line is busy... like this Thanksgiving. People were on hold with dining for up to 3 hours... I got through to MS immediately.

I called MS yesterday and was told the they, MS, do NOT do breakfast PS!

I had to hang up and then call Dine, and guess what?? Nothing open for us

I am new to DVC & MS, so I am leary about it now.
