I listened to the card that Robin sent - that was a HOOT!
Robin - WAY cool card!

TW - your cheesecake WILL be wobbly. As it cools, it will firm up. Believe me, if you cook it until a toothpick comes out clean, it will crack and crumble when you slice it. It sounds like you're right on target.
When it's cooled in the fridge - it will really firm up. Let me know how it goes and good luck!
