So did I Robin for over 40 years but Zyban and the new Commit lozenge did it for me.

WOW!! I'm so thrilled for you!! DH is keeping it under a pack a day, but can't seem to get further than that. The patch actually made his shoulder hurt, and made him feel really odd.

I'll tell him what you said about the meds, he's going in on Tuesday for a pinched nerve, maybe he can ask about it then (or is that over the counter?).

the Zyban is by perscription only. The Commit is over the counter.
Tell your husband that I had the same problem with the patch a few years ago.
