Im so sorry to hear about Mika...I hope the chemo, helps..
You are a good mommy...Its not easy when a dog has a condition as bad as cancer...
About the DGDs, Thanks!...They are good kids, and I yes, I agree, my DS did a pretty good job bringing them up..They are a bunch of kooks, but ALOT of fun..IF you can keep up with them...!

(Is anyone else having trouble with the smilies??...and the fonts, and all? I cant seem to get them to work..unless I type in the ones I want...and there are only so many my small brain can remember..)

My sister is visiting from AZ., so we went and got Mom and took her to see WallE(I LOVE this movie!!), and then my DSis spent the night...I showed her my Wii, Now she has to have one!...LOL

We are planning on walkng today to Salt Springs SP, around the falls and back again.. Although the falls are probably not that big right now, but its still fun to play in them when its hot, and it has been pretty hot here the last couple of days!...Then she has to go back home tomorrow...

Betsy, I started to look at your pictures and then the pages wouldn't load anymore for me

I will have to go back and try again.

I was looking at them with much envy.

Those are beautiful girls and it made me envy you for having so many grandchildren while you are at a good age to still enjoy them.

You are so very lucky to have this opportunity.

Rick got first place again at this past competition.

Unfortunately once you get first place at 5 competitions in any level you are required to move up to the next level for the next season.

That will give him a great challenge

Maybe it will be good for him

Morning Ladies...

my mood isn't much better today. I was going to go to the beach with Dad and Adrian but backed out cause I really really needed to stay home alone at this point with my puppy. She's better today, she was really raspy in her throat but that seems to have improved. Pray for me for clean blood work on her next week~

Maybe a trip to see Walle will help me!

Hubby was going to take me last week but made the mistake of telling me he really didn't want to go. So we didn't. I still have a gift card from Christmas for the local theatre....a little Disney would definitely help my day~

Mika is ok. She seems to feel better ,the glands are going down but she didn't eat her breakfast. I just gave her a pain pill and her steroid pill (I think that's for the swelling.) She should be up and about once the pain pill kicks in.

She was really good last night, wanted to play and wrestle with everybody

Wall-E is totally worthy~

Do you know what movies will be playing on the ship already?

Less than 3 months and you'll be Cruisin again

Good Morning my Threadkillers!

I have nothing planned for today. I am having a scrap day at my house tomorrow - so I guess I do have plans for today if I want to have food and beverages here for my guests huh? Aisling's coming down again for the day on Friday too!

Saturday is when my sister's town has their Independance Day celebration. It's really a smart idea cause everybody in town is back from their vacations now. We go to my sister's house for a bbq all day. She lives a couple blocks from the field the fireworks are set off in. Sometimes we walk over to see them, sometimes we just chill in her yard and watch.

We have our 4th of July celebration the week before fourth of July here. The reason it is done here is that if you have the fireworks sometime other than the 4th or the weekend of the 4th, it is like 1/3 cheaper, so we get more fireworks if we don't have it on the 4th!

I've got a little more than a week before my Magicmeet event...I am beyond ready for this thing..sort of. I've got one VERY LONG job sheet to write up and the schedule hasn't been posted yet...but besides that, I am ready for my Disney fix.

Wall-E was a Great taste of Disney!

I was happy, I was laughing, I even cried a little~

all in all, when I came out, I felt a little bit better than I did going in.

hi all.....been a little busy at work - well a lot busy really....so just poppin in & out when possible....at home in the evenings i've been practicing on Ryan's Guitar Hero on his Xbox - we all enjoy it & Guitar Hero is made for most platforms - Xbox - Wii - maybe PS...? anyway it's fun & i'm just at the "medium" level - altho DS has practically mastered the expert level he even let me play along with him & his friend on the Rockband last wkend...so i must be getting better
