I normally dont drink beer...unless its really hot and the beer is really cold, then it would be coors light.....That SA cherry sounds good though...

Looks like rain today ...but I have no plans for today...except...clean a few dressers up and try to make room for a treadmill in our bedroom....we are suppose to be getting it within the week...

She seems okay. She's doing a lot more for herself these days. She should be at the doctor right now so I'll probably get an update soon. I'm not going back up there until just before Thanksgiving. Honestly, I'm more worried about my brother at this point. He's got enough going on in his life without having to deal with her.

Thanks everyone for your continued concern for her! But most of mom's concern right now is with my grandmother. She lives next door and they've had to remove her medications from her house because she seems to be messing them up. Mom says she seems confused all the time.

I can't seem to catch up or follow along these days - too much information going on - but I am trying.......

Anyway I got my letter yesterday - VERY excited - SHOPPING!!!!!!!

I think I am quitting my job tonight - everytime I go in to quit - they won't let me - they are willing to work with anything I seem to have going on - I am nice person and all but please......I am not THAT good - it's a call center for goodness sake - I just have too much going on in my family life and it is interfering with my ability to be a good employee - I was an Associate Director for the WWII Memorial Campaign so I know how perception looks from a managers perspective - and they way I see it - I am NOT the ideal employee - and yet they have been so accomodating to me - I am so very confused - so tonight I will talk to my supervisor and once again find out my options - and just to be proactive I will answer questiosn ahead of time
1) No I do not NEED to work for $$$ I was doing it for something to do I have been a SAHM for 3 years
2) Yes I do like the job - I mean please I sit on my **** (can I use that word) for 4-6 hrs and make $10+/hr
3) I already work PT and they cut my hours as a request from me

Sorry - I don't mean to complain so I will stop.......

Ok TKer's - I have a couple of questions regarding the SS
1) when/how do we reveal ourselves? I ask because of the return address thing on the package
2) Is it a max. of $20 or a min. of $20?
3) If we purchase multiple items for our SS do we wrap each gift and then put it in a box to mail as well???

Thanks I think that about covers it - I am normally not this retentive but considering this is my first time I want to make sure I do it right as to not dissappoint my SS ( I sure do want to be invited to do more things with this group - you all seem to have made some lasting friendships and I want to be part of that.....{stomping my foot in true tantrum style} )

anyway.....I wanted to report that PA got her Secret Santa assignment too....

her stamp looked like too....

now let me fill you in what's happened since I got mine on Monday....

I said I got my Secret Santa name....

she says oh? you gonna tell me who?

I says a-nope

she says oh really?

I says it's nunya (short for none of your beeswax)

she says harumph

so yesterday...she gets her Secret Santa name....

and I say oh? you gonna tell me who?

that's when things started to get strange....

I'm thinking she got my name....

but don't tell her I think so....

she started looking at my stuff all of a sudden....

said something about this or that that I've had a while...

she started going around touching my stuff too....

and she is showing me things in catalogues.....hmmmmm....

OR!! (ooops...apologies to the hungover)

or!!

she is throwing me off track....

making me wonder if she has my name when she doesn't so I give her hints about what she could get me for Christmas ....
