Who exercised Tuesday 10/8??

I did 20mins of weight training before my first night at my new job at Bath and Body works.
 
Me again. That's one whole week for me. :eek: I should go find that exercise clippie.

I did my 55 minute pilates tape again. This time I did it with my 12 DD who is a dancer. I think I pushed myself too hard trying not to look too idiotic in front of her. :blush: I do have to say, I have better balance than she does and she's been dancing for 10 years. :) She said a lot of the pilates moves are the same things she does in dance to warm up. There is even some ballet barre work for the legs.

Today I'm going to do the 30 min yoga for beginners and try to give my body some time to recooperate. :)

The only bad side of all this exercise is that I'm not losing any lbs on the scale right now. How long before I start losing again?
 
I didn't get up in the morning to exercise, so I was paniced all day about fitting it in.

I took my classes on a walking field trip though. Abou 3/4 mile down hill and 3/4 mile uphill on the way back. I had to do that 3 times yesterday. That was good exercise.

I did fit in the 2 mile WATP tape in the evening, but I didn't use the stretchy band.
 

My Tuesday exercise:
I did the 50 min Pilates. Also, I finally tried The Firm video that I got which went about 50 min. As it was the first time with The Firm, I wasn't as coordinated so the workout wasn't as rich.
 
I did - 40 minutes of walking in the morning.

I've been way to sporadic in my exercise routine lately. It's something I really need to work at and I'm trying hard to get back into a schedule before bad weather gets here and it's even harder!

Thankfully, I did manage to get a short (15 minute) walk in yesterday. Every little bit counts, I guess!

I walked 15 minutes at lunch and 15 minutes at break time! Hope to get another walk in this evening. The weather is so nice today gotta get out there and enjoy it!

I hope I am the exception and not the rule but it has taken me over 5 weeks to start losing again! :eek:

That said, I did my time on the elliptical and lifted weights Tuesday. ::yes::
 
I did 45 minutes at Curves, calesthenics at home and walked at the office, too!!
