I didn't get up in the morning to exercise, so I was paniced all day about fitting it in.
I took my classes on a walking field trip though. Abou 3/4 mile down hill and 3/4 mile uphill on the way back. I had to do that 3 times yesterday. That was good exercise.
I did fit in the 2 mile WATP tape in the evening, but I didn't use the stretchy band.
